Very happy with my mattress topper, best nights sleep and so comfortable. Delivery good no problems.

Very comfortable mattress, ideal for sleepovers. Not so easy to get it into the storage bag provided so we just used the straps to roll it up instead. Very happy with it!

I bought a Putman pillow believing it to be made of memory foam. There was no options to choose a foam at the time of purchase. I received the cheaper polyeurathane foam version. I asked to return this and exchange it for thr memoyfoam version. The manager, June said I would have to pay to return it. After I had reminded her that I had the right to free returns under distance selling laws in England, she agreed to refund me the £5.15 postage if I paid to send it back. Good job I paid through PayPal as I had to use Disputes to get my money back. Took from September 22 to October 20 to get my money back. I still haven't received the £5.15, promised if I paid to return the pillow. Later I bought the memory foam version direct from Putnams online, cheaper than them. I do not recomend Back Care Online. They have not been honest or fair with me.

The website was easy to navigate, and once my order was placed, I was regularly kept updated with delivery details etc. Delivery was quick too. Very reasonably priced compared to other companies selling the same item.

I am Debbie, I ordered this topper for my friend Ernie who is sleeping downstairs currently. He needed to be close by to his wife who is terminally ill downstairs.
He wanted to hold her hand whilst she slept, so I bought this topper as he was on his sofa. He’s so comfy, and so grateful to receive this. The website was easy to use, and delivery was quick and efficient. The product is super. Your work is done ✔️

Fantastic service and great price. I have neck disk compression and this is the most comfortable pillow I have ever experienced. I did have a very shape one but this square shape gives a much better support to my neck and shoulders. Firm but flexible and cheaper than other retailers.

easy to use website, good prices and quick delivery. The Putnam heel life leg pillow works really well although my husband finds it a little firmer than he would like I just turned it over to alter the angle slightly and he was fine.

The website was easy to use and travel mattress as described. It was delivered in a timely manner. It fits well in the storage bag. It is quite heavy so you wouldn't want to carry it far.
I laid on it and it felt reasonably comfortable. Eight year old grandchild with broken collarbone slept one night and said it was comfortable.
I am considering buying another for Christmas.

The mattress topper was easy to order even for me. I was looking for something inventive after all other mattresses have failed to give me a good night's sleep. I decided to try this topper after searching online, hoping it would be different and solve my problems. The design of the topper made me curious,so i purchased one to put on top of my memory foam mattress. It has turned out to be an excellent purchase. I suffer with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, oestioprosies. I also suffer with acute COPD and have to sleep with head of bed raised. Since I have had the mattress topper ,I have had a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend this topper, it's helped me .
