The item was refunded and repurchased after I expressed my frustration here about the order being not delivered. My purchase was hanging somewhere for quite a while and was delivered to another person at first, this was realised after contacting the customer service and waiting longer than it should be for the delivery. I am happy the way this issue was rectified by the customer service afterwards. Very swiftly, for this reason I am changing the overall rate of satisfaction with service from one star. However, my expectation as a customer was to receive the order without hurdles and chasing everybody from the beginning. The choice of the courier is not the customer’s responsibility and they shouldn’t worry about the delivery to receive the service they pay for.

Megan & the team at Bababoom are brilliant.
We travel an hour and a half to get our baby bits from this shop because the customer service is just amazing, I recommend to all my friends and family. Nothing is ever too much for them to sort and we really appreciate all the help they’ve given us. Thanks again!

Cannot thank the staff enough. We shopped with them for baby one and two and have been back to them in between for advice on car seats in particular and they have always been approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. We wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

I have been using Bababoom for years to buy gifts for friends and family and this year I finally used them to buy for myself and newborn! Megan, Becky, and the rest of the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. You really feel like they tailor their service and advice to you and your needs rather than just upselling to meet targets. I recommend Bababoom to every expecting parent as the level of customer service and knowledge cannot be faulted.

Would definitely recommend a visit to Bababoom for anyone expecting parents (or for anyone looking to buy a gift as they have such beautiful stuff in store) the team were so helpful and knowledgeable, gave us loads of great tips and advice without any pressure to buy anything! We went in twice before we ordered anything (first time parents so lots to think about that we didn’t even know we needed to know) and we are so happy with the service and how much help we got!
