My insurance company has always struggled with our location and not being able to get broadband at a reasonable speed that was until we received a call from someone at B4BC. They said they could get me internet and to give them a chance which I was hesitant but still followed through with and to be honest have looked back since!! service and install were snappy & efficient cant complain.. anyone struggling with WIFI probably worth a shout

Can't fault the service
Needed broadband and phone system for new showroom and the team quickly sorted the phone system to get us up and running and then when it was discovered the premises did not have a broadband feed to it Best 4 business sorted a solution and made sure we was able to operate quickly.
Communication and problem.solving are always delat with promptly...can't fault and much prefer to deal with a company with UK call centre.

Full Fibre
B4BC arranged for us to be switched over from Virgin to Openreach. This went smoothly and the existing network switch and access were reused.
My monthly bills are now lower and I am seeing much higher bandwidth throughout the premises.
I'm happy with the service from B4BC. Things just work!

Amazing Service
We have been using B4B for over 6 years, their service level is exceptional. Very easy to deal with, we have a personal account manager who deals immediately with any questions we have, and the personal approach is so much better then previous companies where we use to feel like just a number.

Atrocious terms and conditions
We wanted to cancel with B4B. They were extremely unhelpful and aggressive. Firstly they immediately imposed a cancellation charge which was required immediately despite not being able to actually provide us with a signed copy of the contract explaining this requirement.
They then proceeded to continue to bill us for several months until our local authority finally processed the payment, despite them not applying a correct Purchase Order number.
I can honestly say that I have never encountered such an appalling lack of customer centric care and understanding and would heartily encourage any business to avoid this company like the plague

Disgraceful company
Disgraceful company, we had 2 businesses with them, last year 3 different people rang one of our businesses saying our contract was coming to an end and what did we want to do, we had already decided we wasn’t renewing as they we ok to start but then very ignorant, system always going down, rude staff, no help what so ever if we had a problem, we decided to change companies but then we got b4b sending demanding emails saying we owed over £7,000 because we ended contract early, (yes we should of checked, but we had, had 3 calls from them to say the contract was due to end) we didn’t pay this immediately as the new company said they would help, so was waiting for their payment, but then got a email from b4b to say they were taking us to court and we now owed £10,000, to be made believe our contract was ending, the stress and anxiety they have caused, you should be ashamed of yourself b4b.

Dear Sue,
I was disappointed to receive this negative review as we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and keeping our customers happy . With this in mind, I have reviewed your account history and the recent correspondence with your account manager to try and understand whether your review is a true reflection of the facts. Your business signed up to a 60 month agreement in 2021, therefore your contract was due to expire in 2026. You decided to leave the contract early which of course you are entitled to do, but within the terms of the minimum agreement the remaining months services need to be paid. We are contracted to our upstream provider for the same duration as you agreed to contract with us, which is why we have to put contracts in place. We tried on several occasions to contact you about the final payment and as this was not forthcoming after several months we had to pass the debt to our legal department to recover. This would have been avoided if you had continued with the agreed initial contract and left at the end of the term in 2026. It is not unusual to be charged if you exit a contract early, so I feel it is unfair to blame a business for trying to enforce a contract that both parties had agreed to initially. I would be happy to discuss this further if you would like to call the office on 03333 66 33 33.

Soft Phone Installation
Andrew Begg came to transfer our package from desk phones to soft phones and I cant praise him enough.
He was pleasant, very patient (as we asked a lot of quastions) and explained everything thoroughly. He did test calls with each of us and did not leave until we understood it all.

Exceptional service.
Been with B4BC for 5-6 for all phones/ broadband, etc. Today an engineers visit to move all hardwired broadband and routers from one location to another was seamless with little or no interruptions. A polite and knowledgeable engineer!

We've recently updated our office…
We've recently updated our office telephone system and renewed various mobile contracts. It's been quick and easy due to the marvellous support we've received from our new Account Manager Aaron and his colleagues Hannah, Lee and Carl. Their service has been excellent, polite, professional and happy to persevere until everything is set up correctly. We had a hiccup with the door entry system due to previous company's set up! A big thank you to all at Best4Business for living up to your name.

Very pleased with our new cloud phone system and superfast fibre broadband from Best 4 Business. It was installed quickly, and the training provided was excellent. The mobile apps have been really useful for those working from home.
