Had a telemarketing call today from James at B4B, and he was slandering another company, falsely claiming I held a contract with them, and stating this company had shut down. Which is far from the truth as I actually used to work there. If this is how your telemarketing department are scoping for new business, I highly recommend an internal review of using facts opposed to opinions when approaching potential new customers.

WE HAD TROUBLE WITH OUR PHONES BEING DOWN AND NOT CONNECTING PROPERELY BUT ANTHONY CAME OUT AND SORTED THEM FOR US, HE WAS VERY PLEASANT AND SORTED THE PROBLEM FOR US WITHIN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AND TOLD US WHAT TO DO IF IT EVER HAPPENED AGAIN.

Despite becoming frustrated with our long term telecoms provider, I was reluctant to switch, fearful of any down time as our business is heavily reliant on being able to make and receive calls.
Best 4 Business were recommended to me by a couple of my key suppliers. I Decided to make contact after another service issue with my current provider and was pleasantly surprised. Seamless transition, and was able to retain the business telephone number.
Their maintenance department sent out an engineer, who took the time to fix our issue and also provide a refresher course to our staff on our current system.

I was reluctant to switch providers, fearful of any down time. My only regret is that I did not make this decision earlier.

For the last 2 years or so there has been an issue with the phone app whereby the incoming calls disconnect. Became worse when the app was updated to a different version. Was told "no one else has this problem" (sounds just like what the Post Office said), but reading reviews clearly other customers do have this issue.
Unable to rectify the problem they are papering over the cracks saying that I haven't done enough to help them identify the issue. Oddly enough, that's why I pay them for a system with support - not so I can spend hours (if not days) away from my core role.
Now I want out they are asking for extortionate exit fees and they appear to be blocking the porting of my business number.
There's a long letter of complaint inbound with significant evidence of their failings. All I want is an out with no fees but I'm happy to throw solicitors at this one.
There's better services and businesses out there - avoid this one.

My company have been working with B4BC for more than a decade and have nothing but positive feedback. Their service has been consistently excellent, and Alex, our account manager, is always responsive, reliable, and proactive in helping us identify and implement new solutions.

We received great service from Anthony on his recent visit to upgrade/change our phone system. He is an absolute credit to the company.

Dreadful from the start, less than 1mb/s internet. Upgraded to a copper line (our cost), still waiting 5 months later for something to work. Fobbed off, delayed and costs higher than expected. Trapped in a five year contract, been hugely detrimental to our business. We are seeking legal guidance

We’ve been customers of B4BC for many years, and have always received excellent service and support from all the team. They were also able to install fibre broadband for us when BT couldn’t!

Absolutely terrible company. Sent me bills for numbers I did not have. Threatened debt agency companies. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Having initially signed up, it was soon apparent that there was an issue with the phone systems, as existing and new customers stated the phone would ring out or not connect. Having expressed my issues to B4BC and how I had distressed existing customers and was losing new customers, they stated that nothing was wrong and the lines worked fine. I stressed a number of times that there was an issue, but was met with the same answer. As it was affecting my sales, I couldn't wait another second and changed to Tamar Telecom, the phones worked from day one, and they have been great. I then asked B4BC to cancel, but was informed i was tied into a contract, i am well over 2 years into paying this now, the biggest waste of money. They couldn't even just be right with me, which speaks volumes.

It seems other reviews say a similar experience. I would not recommend.
