Fantasic work from Ayling Builders who completed a single storey extension and internal refurbishment. The attention to detail was amazing. They were reliable, approachable and professional throughout the work from beginning to end.
The quality of work is to the highest standard and l highly recommend them. All of Todd's team are friendly and helpful...a pleasure to work with.

I am delighted with the work Ayling Builders carried out to my property. It was a significant investment and I was apprehensive if the work would meet my expectations. Throughout the engagement the team were professional, informative and at all times kept me informed of challenges, options and changes. The end result has exceeded my expectations, the finish is spot on.

I will definitely use Alying Builders again, in fact I'm now looking at getting further work done and they will be my first port-of-call for a quote.

The remodelling work has given us a sleek new kitchen area, a home office / guest bedroom and a cloakroom with shower!

I had the pleasure of working with Todd from Ayling Builders for my kitchen renovation, and I have to say it was a truly remarkable experience. From the very beginning, Todd's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality work was evident. The team ripped out my old kitchen, levelled floors, re routed my gas and water pipes, sorted my electrics, plastered, decorated and fitted a beautiful new Wren kitchen with ease, making the entire process seem seamless.

I was particularly impressed with their ability to handle any problem that arose during the renovation with little intervention from me. They were always polite, clean, and tidy, ensuring that my home was kept in good clean livable condition throughout the project. The end result was simply stunning, and I was left in awe of the finished product.

I cannot recommend Ayling Builders enough. Their work is truly exceptional, and I feel so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a talented and dedicated team. We recently had a kitchen extension, garage conversion as well as a new utility room and new master bedroom and en-suite built with Ayling builders. From when we met Todd he totally put us at ease and made the whole process so straightforward and simple. He was a one stop shop for the kitchen, en-suite, appliances etc which made things much simpler than other builders which is one of the reasons we chose to use Ayling builders.
All of Todd’s team are really friendly and helpful.
The quality of the work has been brilliant and we’ve had lots of comments on the quality of the building work and are so happy with the end result.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ayling builders (and have already done so!). We will definitely be using them again for any future projects.

What a fantastic company. We went into a 4month project not knowing what to expect, but Ayling Builders were superb. They made an otherwise stressful situation actually very enjoyable, with high quality work, reliable staff, and we couldn't be happier with our finished job! No hesitation whatsoever in using Ayling Builders for future work.

Ayling Builders were the first people that came to mind when I had an emergency issue. Due to a faulty door, I got locked in my kitchen however once I called Ayling Builders they urgently attended my property and were able to unlock the kitchen door to the rest of the house. Such a quick response and I was extremely grateful for this. Couldn’t speak more highly of them. I have used them before for other jobs and they have been consistently brilliant and reliable. Thank you Ayling Builders.

We had a full kitchen refit done by Todd’s team in May. There was a week of preliminary work which was carried out efficiently and as we expected, full rip out of existing kitchen units and dodgy work and electrics from previous owners.

I ordered my kitchen through Wren and had regular communication with Todd prior to the refit on checking that delivery dates worked for them and their plans. Todd also checked over measurements and design plans for me to ensure both him and Wren were in line. I arranged my quartz worktop through Todd and his supplier rather than Wren which saved a huge amount of money and we absolutely love it.

Gary oversaw the day to day running of the project and the team and I was pleased with the progress and updates every day. The job was pencilled in for 3 weeks but took 4 in total, this was to accommodate some last minute changes we made with the flooring.

Snagging was completed as we wanted and a couple of minor issues we’ve had since have been rectified by Todd and relevant tradespeople.

I also had completely new windows fitted across the house by Todd’s window supplier which we are really happy with.

Extremely pleased with all the work which has been carried out and would arrange more work with Ayling in the future.

We recently employed Ayling Builders for an upstairs renovation in my daughters bedroom.
Their service and professionalism was faultless from start to finish!!
The team arrived on time every morning with boundless energy and full of smiles! The area was left clean and tidy at the end of the each day.
The final result is superb and the project was a huge success.
I am already planning my next project for them.

We recently used Ayling builders for a garage conversion and from start to finish we’re extremely happy with the service.
When first meeting Todd we were impressed with his knowledge and also how much he cares about your project. Todd advised and helped us from the very beginning giving his own ideas/ spin on things that he felt would improve the overall project.
Once work began Todd and his team were incredible- they were friendly, professional, great at time keeping and fantastic at their jobs and respected our home every step of the way. Even with things changing along the way nothing was to much effort.
Communication throughout the project was something that I highly pride Ayling builders on.
Our garage conversion is now complete and we could not be happier with the standard and overall quality of the work that has been undertaken.

We recently used Ayling Building Services to extend and uplift our property in Colchester. Following our first meeting I was impressed with Todd’s knowledge, helpfulness and understanding of what we wanted producing a quote that detailed our requirements exactly.
We moved out for the duration of the project and received regular updates on progress throughout. We made regular visits to the property during the project and were pleased with the workmanship and speed at which the work was carried out. The team working on the project were professional and courteous and nothing was to much trouble.
We made a number of additions during the project, Todd was happy to accommodate these alterations and made a number of suggestions which improved the overall project.
We have been back in the property for a few weeks now and could not be happier with the finished project. We would not hesitate to contact Ayling Building Services should we require any further work in the future. They recently made 2 separate rooms in to one open plan kitchen/diner aswell as fitted our kitchen. From the moment we met Todd (Ayling)we knew we didn’t have to look any further for a reliable building company. The expertise he and his team have is beyond reassuring, you can tell they only hire people that they trust. We moved out for this process as my wife was heavily pregnant and they came in and out of our home as & when they needed. The amount of respect they showed to our property was wonderful. Even our neighbours commented out how polite and tidy they were. The place was left impeccably once the job was complete would not hesitate to contact them again for future building needs.

Aylingbuilders undertook Structural steel alterations to my kitchen and conservatory walls. The work was of a very high standard. The workmen were friendly and efficient. All the site was cleaned and tidied up afterwards. I was most impressed and would highly recommend them.

They recently replaced a flat roof for me and rebuilt a brick wall to an excellent standard. And I will be using them again soon.
