Publicidad engañosa. El servicio se presenta como gratuito, pero en realidad funciona con un sistema de créditos. Si no tienes créditos, no puedes usar muchas de las funciones. Deberían ser más transparentes desde el principio y explicar claramente cómo funciona el sistema.

We created a credit system since many platforms that were created without disappeared for obvious reasons.
Our system is made to keep the platform going for the long run, and give the possibility to anyone in the world to access free hosting, and not only for Minecraft.
But you can get free credits every hour, maybe you didn't find them ? They are in the "Credits" page, and also available on the mobile app.

it works great. the website is very clean and user friendly and it was really easy to set up the server. exactly what you want to find when you're no expert. devs should take notes. discord server and youtuve channel also active and helpful

Arnaque!
Une pure arnaque ! Déjà pour commencer c'est bourré de pub de virus, en plus de ça deux jours après avoir créé le compte je me fais pirater et pour couronner le tout dès qu'on veut supprimer le compte il vous empêche de le supprimer ! Vraiment n'y allez pas.

Bonjour, le site n'a rien d'une arnaque et compte plus de 600 000 inscrits. Les publicités n'ont rien a voir avec des virus, si c'était le cas, veuillez nous les reporter pour que nous puissions le signaler à notre fournisseur de publicité.
Pour supprimer votre compte, il suffit d'utiliser le bouton prévu à cet effet sur la page profil. Vous devez juste avoir éteint tous vos serveurs pour pouvoir passer à la suppression.
Que s'est-il passé par rapport au piratage de votre compte ? Si vous utilisez Google, vérifiez-bien que vous ayez bien sélectionné le bon compte google lors de la connexion, c'est déjà arrivé pour certains de nos utilisateurs.
N'hésitez pas à nous contacter si vous avez besoin d'aide avec quoi que ce soit par rapport à la plateforme.
