I ordered from Awareness Avenue and added the incorrect address for the shipment. Immediately I tried to call but there is no phone number with a person who answers, recording says to email. I emailed twice but no response. I’m frustrated that the gift will not get to my son. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

I ordered the Ulissa ring in sterling silver. Unfortunately, I received it in yellow gold. I immediately contacted customer service explained the problem. Cosmin right away placed a new order for me (even before receiving the original ring back) he emailed the return label *@ no charge to me. Cosmin also asked if I had any other concerns and asked about about the size, which I did ask they could make it a 1/2 size bigger and he was more than happy to do so. He kept me informed as to the status of my new ring and within a few weeks UPS rang doorbell with my new beautiful ring. I was truly happy with my new silver ring. Thank you so much Cosmin and staff. Your service is outstanding.

so far nobody has returned my email, nor a fb message, and there is no voicemail for there phone number. At this point it is starting to feel like scam. anyone else having horrible customer service problems like myself.

Excellent quality. I purchased the wrong size by mistake and customer service was exceptional. My son loves it and has not taken it off since I gave it to him. He is 19 and the adult large fit him nicely. Not too tight, not too loose. I would definitely purchase from Awareness Avenue again! Satisfied customer here!!

Order Unfulfilled a Month After Ordering
I placed an order for a ring as an anniversary gift for my wife on August 17, 2024. As of today, Sept 18, 2024, the status of my order on their website still sits at "Ordered" and "Unfulfilled". I've sent emails to the company as well as responded in their website chat program but only receive platitudes from a chatbot response generator. I'm now two weeks past our anniversary. Fortunately, my wife is understanding and I had backup plans for this possibility.
Their jewelry looks beautiful on their website. But I'm not paying to look at their website. I seriously doubt I will buy from them again.

They stand by their product and they have great products

Stand behind their warranty
I ordered a ring a few years ago and wore it every day until it finally wore out and broke. I contacted the company about the warranty and they sent a replacement, no questions asked. I would definitely buy from them again! Great company to work with!

I want to give an honest review. I purchased a couple of items for my son. He was very happy with one of the items but no so much with the other. The customer service was outstanding! It seems to be more rare these days for that. I reached out by email to request a return label. Cosmin emailed me back and resolved my issue in a flash! She emailed back very quickly and a refund was issued in a few minutes of emailing her. One thing that has me extremely happy with a company is when they have such great customer service, it brings repeat customers and recommendations. Thank you so much for the lovely necklace for my son and for wanting to have a satisfied customer. Cosmic, you were a big help and made the process stress free! Thank you so much! ❤️

This is a scam!!!!!
This is a scam. We have waiting 10 days to get tracking information. We have emailed the customer service department 4 times. The phone number attached to the website doesn’t even work. My boyfriend was getting me a promise ring and we placed our order on July 10th. It’s been a full week and no updates other than our shipping label was created and sent to Compton CA. The USPS service doesn’t even know what’s going on with it other than they’re still awaiting the item. Do not buy from this company unless you want to waste your money.

I purchased 2 Mother & Daughter | Forever Linked Together | 925S Circles Necklaces for Christmas for my me and my mom. My mom's necklace broke within a few weeks and she alerted me. I wrote them about it and they wrote me back that they were happy/glad I received my necklaces. Um..okay? That's all the help I get? Thanks? Mine broke not too long after. I got my mom and mine fixed at a jewelry store that fixed it with some pliers and both of our necklaces broke again. Not worth the money. We threw them in the trash LOL. I ordered some better quality from another company.

I ordered a ring that was in pieces and wayyy to big to fit any human hand and when I contacted support, they did everything in their power to make sure that my needs were satisfied. They first offered to replace it without the hassle of me returning the broken one, but as I stated it was way too big. They offered for me to pick another item to replace it with and gave me 50% return on my original purchase! They stayed in contact with me every step of the way and didn’t leave me hanging when I asked about any of their other products. They were absolutely exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone!
