Love this ring

Love this ring. I’ve bought several because of the quality. This one captured my eye because I had one very similar when I turned 16 but it was stolen. It was the only thing my parents could afford - and it had more sentimental value than anything. I am happy I found one very very similar. The stone is a bit smaller than the Azure I’m used to but it a gorgeous piece and I’m happy I have it 🩵

My husband bought a ring for me

My husband bought a ring for me for Christmas. They make jewelry to order. In this quick-ship world, some people don’t plan and understand that things can take time. My husband waited 3 weeks for my item to ship and reached out to customer service. They responded happily and it did ship and he did receive notices. Some people are just used to Amazon. My ring is stunning.

Customer service is awful

Customer service is awful. I bought a ring nothing fancy or crazy in hopes it would get here before Christmas, and it says the item hasn’t even shipped yet. I tried reaching out multiple times to customer service and got no response. I didn’t do my research and didn’t know if it was a scam or not but I took my chances and well. I think I got scammed

I I purchased some jewelry from this store but when it came to checking for a delivery date I got no response, no one to contact, no phone number to call and trying to get through online was frustrating! Once you buy something you’re on your own……Never again!

Terrible Experience – Will Never Buy From Awareness Avenue Again

I ordered a ring from Awareness Avenue on November 22nd, as a gift for my girlfriend for our anniversary on December 12th. It’s now December 9th, and my package hasn’t even shipped yet! I tried reaching out to customer service and got no responses. It's honestly really disappointing.

I’m just about to give up on receiving the item in time for our anniversary, I can't even get a straight answer about where it is or when it will arrive. This company has horrible shipping and customer service. I should have gone with another brand, but now I’m stuck in this mess. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Awareness Avenue has really let me down – I’ll never order from them again.

This is the worst company I ever bought from.

This is the worst company I ever bought from. I ordered a bracelet for my grandson in early Oct. The gift came after his birthday. I’ve been trying to return this gift with no success. I’ve wrote them several times with no response. I then went to my credit card company and they started a dispute but said case closed because the product was delivered. I wrote back now three more times and they keep telling me til the dispute is completed they will not send me a return label. I even sent them the letter the bank sent me showing the case was closed. So frustrated. Do not buy from this company. They sre no good Now they want more details. The package arrived after my grandsons birthday. When I got it. It’s never been opened. I’ve asked numerous times to get a return label. They wi t send it they said til bank dispute is closed. It is closed and I even sent them the letter verifying that. They still won’t send it.

After you first reached out to us on November 5th, we promptly sent you a pre-paid return label so you could return the item. However, the chargeback you filed on October 30th with your bank has put the funds on hold, meaning we cannot process the refund at this time. Unfortunately, we cannot honor the refund until your bank officially releases the funds back to us.

We want to assure you that as soon as the funds are returned, we will gladly process your refund without delay. We take pride in our 180-day return policy, and we’re committed to making this right for you.

Missing Stones, broken ring and I still haven't received the ring I requested.I even took my ring for repairs and I was told that the stones are glued. No prongs

I bought and paid for two ring s ordered in August and September. All of the replacements have lost stones and one broke. I to it a for repairs that I was going to pay for and it was going to cost $200 because the stones are glued. No prongs; so the stones will continue to fall out. I still haven't received the ring I requested. No refund!

No customer service

I ordered from Awareness Avenue and added the incorrect address for the shipment. Immediately I tried to call but there is no phone number with a person who answers, recording says to email. I emailed twice but no response. I’m frustrated that the gift will not get to my son. DO NOT RECOMMEND this company!

I ordered the Ulissa ring in sterling…

I ordered the Ulissa ring in sterling silver. Unfortunately, I received it in yellow gold. I immediately contacted customer service explained the problem. Cosmin right away placed a new order for me (even before receiving the original ring back) he emailed the return label *@ no charge to me. Cosmin also asked if I had any other concerns and asked about about the size, which I did ask they could make it a 1/2 size bigger and he was more than happy to do so. He kept me informed as to the status of my new ring and within a few weeks UPS rang doorbell with my new beautiful ring. I was truly happy with my new silver ring. Thank you so much Cosmin and staff. Your service is outstanding.
