I ordered this a month in advance and…

I ordered this a month in advance and wasn't communicated until I did. I had to create awards for a international event. I will no longer use your business for any of our ceremonies.

That said, we want to clarify the timeline: your order was placed on 10/10, but the necessary logo wasn't provided until 10/24, just a week before your deadline. Our team immediately reviewed the artwork and recommended changing the print method to accommodate your design. When we received direction to remove the logo, we adjusted and moved forward quickly to try to meet your timing.

While we understand your frustration, the delay in artwork submission and change in direction contributed to the tight timeline. We’re always here to support your events and would be happy to work with you again—with clearer lead time—to ensure everything goes smoothly.

The Awards.com website has a large variety of items to choose from that will suit any occasion. I ordered a beautiful Jemma Award - Jade for an employee who has served 47 years tenure. The proof was sent to me quickly and I approved right away. The production time was quick and shipped to the recipient in a great looking box. This was my first order from Awards.com and I plan on using this company for many more years to come.

April Griffin continues to be fabulous rep for the past few years. She's super responsive and walks me through the decisions so that I get through the process seamlessly. The awards products are also well done.

Exceeded Expectations!…

I ordered my award and was able to get it in 3 weeks time. It exceeded my expectation. It was simply beautiful and made a good impression on the person receiving it. I was also helped tremendously by the customer service who game me the confidence to order and helped me prep to get the award as quickly as possible.
