Great Work!
Very responsive whenever I started a live chat online. Great communication all around and timing was clear on when items were in production/would be received. Awards were left outside at the back location instead of lobby, but they looked amazing and exactly like the template.

Great company to work with
Before ordering I was a little nervous, so I called the number and asked a few questions and the gentleman who picked up was wonderful! I really appreciate receiving one free proof with corrections. The award ended up coming faster than expected too!

The shipping arrived on time
The shipping arrived on time, which was great and ensured everything was ready for the event. Unfortunately, one of the plaques arrived slightly broken on a corner, and one recipient did not receive their award, which created an awkward situation.

Surprised by extra fees on my CC
When I noticed I was billed for almost $30 more than my invoice stated, I inquired. Apparently I never got the "final" invoice, which included an extra $25 setup fee I was not informed of, which then of course increased the tax.
Production time was relatively slow but it was well packaged and arrived on time.

The updates made me relax because I knew the status of my order. I got the shipment in time for the event, and I hope the recipient loves it as much as I did planning it.

As soon as the issue was identified, we offered several options to make it right: a free replacement, a discount if you chose to keep the item, or a full refund with return of the product.
