Bait and Switch
Ordered a hooded, fleece lined denim jacket. I received what was basically a denim hoody, cheap looking and no lining of any kind.

On September 26th, I took the time to craft a review detailing the unfortunate experience I had with Avxnue's customer service. To my surprise, the very next day, Avxnue responded publicly, expressing their desire to make things right. Their response read as follows:

"Hey Randy, I'm so sorry to hear about this. Please contact us one more time at (support email address) so we can find the best solution for you. The last thing we want is for you to keep a jacket which is too small for you. Looking forward to hearing from you 😊"

However, following their initial response, I replied to their email on October 1st and, from that point on, silence. No reply, no acknowledgment. Today, as we've arrived at October 24th, it becomes increasingly evident that their response to my review was merely a marketing ploy or a staged performance designed to create the illusion that they are a customer-centric organization eager to appease the TrustPilot community. As a fellow marketer, I find such tactics to be profoundly disheartening.

Instead of addressing and resolving the problems that led to my negative experience, I've received a series of emails attempting to sell me unrelated products. Unfortunately, like so many online companies, Avxnue relies primarily on digital communication channels. My efforts to contact them by phone, using the provided 1-800 number, were met with a voicemail message. Incredibly, in one of their emails, they explicitly stated their preference for email communication over voice.

In conclusion, Avxnue's actions not only tarnish its own reputation but also cast a shadow on the integrity of other reputable online companies. Regrettably, they now fall into the category of woeful online brands alongside the likes of Temu. Their story serves as another stark example of a company launched by tech-savvy individuals with minimal business and customer service experience. My experience with them has been nothing short of a frustrating and disheartening ordeal. I strongly urge anyone considering their services to exercise caution and avoid this company. 🚫😞

I ordered one of their denim shirts in a size medium. It took a few weeks for it to come in, but the fit was fine…it looks great, and the materials that it’s made of seem to be of good quality.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Received my order and it was as advertised for the fit and the look.
Just always make sure you measure yourself and look at their size chart to make sure you get the correct fit.

I ordered a shirt on 8/18/23 for my husbands bday which was 9/3. Today is 10/3 almost 7 weeks later and I still
Don’t have this shirt! The tracking info says it’s been sitting in Iowa since 9/14. I have emailed numerous times from 2 different emails every time it comes back undeliverable! Do not buy from this company!

Garment arrived with size ripped out.
I had ordered a men's medium and this shirt is small or extra small.
I am unable to wear it after wetting and stretching to no avail.

The shorts are great.
Love the plaid style.
And the shorts fit perfectly

Low quality Chinese garbage. Fit is terrible and don't even think of trying to return/exchange. You have to pay to ship it back to China, they will then let you know if you qualify for a return. Not worth the time or effort.

My order came quickly and exactly as advertised. The blazer I bought was beautifully made and super comfortable. I’ll definitely be ordering more from this company. The website has great clothes. I can’t wait.

Update: Sent me the wrong-sized shirts and asked me to spend $80 on shipping fees to get the right shirts shipped to me. Once I complained a couple of times they did manage to send me the shirts in size large at no extra cost to me which I appreciate.

Horrible!
I ordered 3 large size shirts. They send me 3 medium shirts that had no lables. I requested a return label and for them to replace it. They refused to send return lables or credit my account. Instead they had a the audacity to say we can’t credit your account nor send you return lables but we’ll send you three large shirts at half price.
They are either extremely incompetent or scam artists. Watch out people!!

I've often been skeptical about online shopping due to previous disappointments, but Avxnue has completely exceeded my expectations! Despite living in an out-of-the-way location, the shipping was really fast. The sweater I purchased matched its description perfectly, and the quality is top-notch. I'll definitely be a returning customer!

In this crazy world, it has been a sometimes frustrating experience for seniors to find total satisfaction ordering and receiving quality merchandise like you have sent me. I ordered my item over a month ago and still have not received my item and have left emails and received no response. Had I known that the hardy shorts I ordered would not arrive until after summer was over I probably would’ve waited until next year to order my item. I would not buy from this company ever again. And I would suggest other people to shop elsewhere.

Please take a moment to read reviews prior to spending your money at this retailer and be warned. I ordered the 4-pack of long-sleeved linen hoodies in men's 3X. I did receive the order, however, the shirts are absolute garbage. The men's 3 X is more like a women's medium. The fabric is cheap and stiff, nothing even close to linen. The colors are not as they appear in the store ads. After my purchase, the sales ad emails came fast and furious. But, when I inquired about returning the shirts, I got no response whatsoever. Although it appears based on other reviews, the return must be sent to China at an exorbitant cost, even though their website has an address in San Francisco.
