Avery have been wonderful in finding a property for me. They always go above and beyond, they are kind and patient and have guided me through the rental process. I can’t thank them enough for all they’ve done.

They were very knowledgable of every aspect of the renting process. Answered all questions and of the ones they didn't know they got back to us promptly. They even arranged further reviewings for us so we could know for sure that our future home would be the one we love. Couldn't recommend enough.

I have transferred from another letting agent to Averys and they managed the letting. I then sold a property and Daren and his team have been amazing. The letting and selling department sit in the same office and they can coordinate/communicate efficacity together. When I have telephoned, and Daren has not been unavailable, and I needed to leave a message he has always rang back immediately. Daren has been able to explain when I have needed, and he was able to accommodate the needs of the buyers for me by reassuring and assisting the sale forwards.
