Thank you to all at Avery's following the sale of our property. We’re returning customers having used their services for the purchase and sale in the past. We have been very impressed with the level of service, from the very first valuation, Daren was professional, approachable and knowledgeable, he took the time to understand our needs and preferences, which made the process seamless and stress-free. All viewings were accompanied by either Daren or Max with excellent communication and prompt feedback. It felt like we were working with a team that truly cared about finding the right buyer.

Avery were very helpful and honest. They understood our needs well and matched us to the perfect home. Daren from Avery has been fantastic in helping us with the sale of our property! We had few bumps (some very stressful) in the road of buying and selling but he has gone above and beyond helping us out. We recently bought our first home through Avery Estate Agents. Darren was fantastic, his very long experience as an estate agent in the area, made things happen. Every time we contacted them for different enquires (and there was a few), Darren sorted out right away, often in a matter of minutes. Darren, Mandy and Max have all been amazing through this very long transition of selling my late father’s property. They have gone above and beyond to make it less stressful at a difficult time. Used Avery Estate Agents to manage sale of a property local to their offices in Milton. As I did not live in the area I had to rely on them a great deal to manage the sale process for me. The level of communication was excellent - I was kept informed at every stage and Mandi and Max were responsive by phone and email whenever I had a query. Daren played a particularly important role - he was patient and calming whenever I felt it all getting a bit stressful and his optimism that all would come good was reassuring. I would wholeheartedly recommend Avery Estate Agents.

Daren,Mandi and the team have provided an excellent service for me. I rented my property with them and they handled everything from arranging tenants going into the property for me to doing regular checks on the property and always keeping me updated.
