I like the quality of self printing my…

I like the quality of self printing my own business cards, but to print them you have to save them first, which is OK if you plan to use the design again. But if it is only one time than you still have to save it and then print it. Why is it necessary to have an account to do any type of printing yourself, unless you are planning on the design again?

Hi Mr. Davis, we do apologize. We do ask that an account is created so that you can have easy access to projects from any device. We do have templates for software like MS Word, if you do have a preference to use an offline tool for creating labels or card projects.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! I placed an order for Christmas almost a month ago and still not delivered or being able to track my order. I received a bogus shell emails apologizing for the delay. These utems were Christmas gifts. I had to replace gifts for my grandson with the hopes of this arriving later and it never has. I have no other choice but to contact my credit card company and report fraud. They have my money and i have no product. I've never heard of this company amd now I know that it is with just cause. Never again!!!

Dreadful

Dreadful, The Avery label system seems great at first, choose a template from the code on the box, design and print 😂 the design system is clunky at best and it’s hit and miss wether the labels will line up when you print, they line up perfectly well on a test with regular paper, use the sticker sheets and they’re off, I accidentally printed on the back and it lined up perfectly too so it’s not my printer, we’ve adjusted the printer for the paper weight but it’s still off. I’ve wasted a whole pack of labels and still not right! This whole system needs a revamp. TRULY DREADFUL!

If it is aligned on paper and not on labels, you may want to look at your printer settings and make sure that paper type is set to a Label or Heavyweight setting to help the printer with feeding the thicker sheet.

Avery’s practices are outright…

Avery’s practices are outright deceptive. They push the idea of “customer service right here in the USA,” creating the illusion that their products are made domestically. In truth, their paper is sourced from China, and their labels are printed in Mexico. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable, especially for businesses relying on their products. Companies using Avery should reconsider, as falsely claiming “Made in the USA” due to Avery’s misleading branding could damage their own reputation. Avoid Avery if transparency and integrity matter to you.

This message is for everyone one , Don’t buy anything from them , they are scam , I paid 160$ and I cancelled my order the day after, and it’s been more than 1 month I haven’t received my money back, they keep on saying apologise instead of refunding me

None email answers

I placed an order on 01/11/2024 and on 12/09/24 I sent an email stating that I had attached the wrong photo to print and I did not receive a response. On 15/09/24 I resented asking if it was done as I requested, but I received no response again. And today I received all my stickers with the wrong image.

Clear, precise and stunning work

After a disastrous result using another company, I decided to redo my personalised order with Avery. The resulting stickers are clear, precise & stunning with strong adhesion. They even threw in a bonus extra sheet of stickers free of charge. I am thrilled with the work & will use Avery again!

Problem resolved with label 22804 Oval

I have been using Avery for my product labels for years. We opted to update to glossy and used 22804 labels that I was regretting. We had the worst week trying to print a good batch, we had tried everything and no luck. I decided to call their customer service and so happy I did she was able to resolve the problem in 5 minutes. Just amazing patient and knowledgeable customer service. Happy with my labels now and purchase.

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET A COMPLETED…

I HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO GET A COMPLETED LABEL SHEET INTO PRINTING OTHER THAN PAYING THEM TO PRINT IT. EASY TO PRINT...NO IT IS NOT!!!!!!!

I have tried to be patient and…

I have tried to be patient and understanding with Avery, but literally every single order I've placed with them has been cut incorrectly. They replace and makes notes about how the labels are to be cut, and still they cut them wrong. They.replace,,but often the cut will be wrong again. Another issue I have is there production and delivery. I order to be shipped priority, recieve a delivery date..the date comes and goes with no notification from avery, I go to check the order only to find it is still in production. I have a product release this weekend. Thousands of dollars invested in the event...and no labels to present the products with. I am a small buisness, every mistake made by Avery causes atleast some level of setback. But this is too much. I have wanted to part ways but they literally beg for another chance...but then do the samething again. .

Topservice! Onwijs goed geholpen ondanks dat ze mijn gezochte product niet hadden!

Ik ben al weken op zoek naar een bepaalde etiket en geen een ander (druk)bedrijf kon me ermee helpen tot ik bij Avery terechtkwam. Ondanks dat ze dat etiket niet op voorraad hadden hebben ze me helpen zoeken, informatie over software gegeven en zo goed geholpen. Ik ben Lizzy heel erg dankbaar voor haar hulp, tijd, aandacht en dat ze me zo onwijs goed geholpen heeft. Topservice, hier ga ik voortaan als eerste naartoe! Dank je wel Lizzy en Avery!!!! They discriminate against rural residents

I tried to order blank greeting cards. Unfortunately, they do not accept PO boxes, so I entered my physical address. I then got a message that my address could not be verified. Excuse me? I have lived here for over 27 years and we get UPS and FedEx packages here all the time! This is discrimination against those of us who live in rural areas!! I guess you don't want my business. You may think my business is a drop in the bucket, but I also tell people when I have good or bad experiences with businesses, and I have plenty to say about your so-called company! Update 6/25/24: Avery, you only addressed half of my issue. You didn't address the issue of not being able to verify my physical address. I have lived here for over 27 years and we get deliveries from UPS and Fed Ex all the time, so don't tell me you can't verify my address!!! I stand by my statement that you discriminate against those of us who live in a rural area. You obviously don't want my business, so I'll go elsewhere.

We do apologize Pam. It is not our intention to discriminate against shipping to rural areas. This is a limitation of the UPS carrier that we use for shipping. In addition, the weight and shape of the package can also prevent us from shipping to PO Boxes. If it is possible to use a physical address for shipping, we would recommend that. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Update 6/25/24: Sorry for not fully addressing your issue, Pam. If it is saying that it cannot verify the physical address, it means that either UPS can't locate that address or we are unable to deliver to the address entered. We apologize that we are unable to deliver to that location. We will be sure to forward your feedback to our team.

Avery label system is awful.

Tried to pull up a mailing label template (Avery 5162) and type on the template, then print out on Avery labels (which I already have). Impossible on the Avery system. Limited success on the Wiki how-to app. Avery seems to do everything it can to make this process difficult; my complaint is similar to many already posted on the Avery site.

Very poor quality

Wish I had read the reviews first!

Avery accepted my order to be sent to a po box knowing they only ship via UPS, a point which I missed. Upon finding out they would not deliver my package I called Avery and was told tuff luck. Looks like it's back to Amazon for me!

ANNOYED!!

I've used Avery for many years, for printing labels/stickers. Now I own a business and my labels need to be perfect. I am SO disappointed! My labels can be perfectly centered, and they will absolutely NOT print in the middle of my stickers/labels. I have wasted so much money throwing them away, that it's starting to upset me. Is this done for that reason? To keep people spending money buying your product? Do better Avery, do better.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble printing. We do have a few recommendations for settings to check. Make sure that when you go to print that the Scale is set to 100 or Actual Size is selected and that the paper size is set properly. You can usually find this on the printer dialog. We also suggest selecting a thicker paper type such as Label or Heavyweight.
