Like all of you I haven’t received the coffee table but a cheap random star charm, which I hadn’t associated with the table until now. Disgusting. Has anyone been successful getting their money back?

Absolutely gutted. THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY. I ordered and paid for a coffee table and after waiting 2 weeks i received a cheap and nasty star charm for a bracelet/necklace. There is no way of contacting this disgusting company, they are still advertising their products so STAY AWAY… DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS

BEWARE this is a scam company. 6/3 ordered item, received receipt with tracking number etc, when went to track to see when I could expect delivery, company is nowhere to be found instead a message… safari could not open this page as server not found. Having googled I see other customers have also been duped. Waiting for bank to investigate. Thankfully it’s not a large amount £69, but gutted I’ve been scammed, I thought a was savvy with these things. Going to look on company house now!

Has anyone tried to take this further? Like to Watchdog? I wondered what on earth the cheap, tacky star charm was about

Been scammed! Was also sent a charm instead of the coffee table that was ordered. The website doesn't appear to exist anymore either so they can't be contacted! Furious.

Do not order from these scamming bastards, I ordered and paid for a coffee table 2 months ago, still waiting cannot contact them email address blocked no customer support or service I’m absolutely fuming, I see the advertisement on facebook I didn’t trust so I went on google to order it and I’m fuming at google for not identifying the scammers

Awful scammers. Exactly the same as the other reviews, I paid £69.96 for a coffee table and received a bracelet charm! I can’t believe this has been allowed to happen to so many people! Do not buy from them!!!

SCAM!!! Ordered coffee table, and received some envelope with small screws. Looked on their website and reviews, had a hope that is legit. DISAPPOINTED.

My coffee tables delivery was late so I emailed avelora-london.uk and tgey responded once on the 2nd of March 2026 to apologise for the delay, Only for me then to receive a mocking tiny star charms that has no link whatsoever to what I ordered. I checked the website rating before ordering and it was okay. Not sure what happened then.

Like the other reviewers on here I too ordered a coffee table in early March. I also received a cheap star ornament which I was mystified about. I didn't associate it with this company & didn't check the tracking number. This could be because my husband has end stage cancer & I have other things to worry about. It has occured to me that they may have bought the stars in bulk from a company who may have their details. My star is still in its bag with bar code etc. if anyone out there has an idea how to look it up I'll send a photo.

Scam!! Ordered a coffee table after checking reviews, received emails with my order update to then be told it wasn't coming and I would get a refund. No refund received and now the email address doesn't work.
Have reported the scam to my bank

Scam. Like everyone else, i received a star and not a coffee table. Trying to calm my money back via my bank

Yep I got scammed here. They replied and said I would get a refund which never came

Same experience as others. Tracking number for Royal Mail
Came and was a crap star trinket. Emailed company no repsonse
Have completed dispute form with my credit card company. Avoid !!!

Will try and report them to shop!
