Avalon Hosting Services Ltd. started the journey as Avalon Incorporation 12 years ago in 2007, as a software development company. The company was established based on providing IT-enabled services to its end customers. Day by day, the company started growing its business. After a dedicated seven years persistent industry, in 2014, the company launched a new glorious journey by establishing its Head Quarter (HQ) in Bangladesh. With this establishment, Domain, Hosting, SSL, and server were added to the central business. Three years later, in 2017, a new augmentation was introduced in 2017, as the name Avalon Tech Bangladesh. Today Avalon Hosting Services Ltd. is spreading its light of services as the mother company with two sister-concerns, Avalon Incorporation, and Avalon Tech Bangladesh.

Unmatched power and incredible support

Running a high-traffic e-commerce platform requires serious hardware, and the Aether Dedicated Server delivers exactly that. Knowing it's fully managed gives me total peace of mind. Whenever I need a custom module installed or a firewall rule tweaked, the Avalon team is on it within minutes.

The API connection is very stable

I've tested a few other domain reseller modules in the past that would randomly fail on name server updates or domain transfers. Avalon's module has been running smoothly on our billing portal for months now. Clean code, zero PHP warnings in the activity logs, and the API connection is very stable. I had one quick question regarding pricing sync, and their support team replied with a helpful answer in under an hour.

Poor communication

Hi Nelson. We sincerely apologize for the confusing automated email you received. You are completely right that the final message lacked a proper explanation.

Our system automatically marked your account as inactive because there were no active products or services on your profile for an extended period of time, following an unpaid domain renewal. While we did send several renewal reminders in January and February regarding the expiring domain, the final 'account closed' notification you received was poorly worded, and an automated review request was sent by mistake.

Please rest assured that your account was only marked inactive by the system and has not been permanently deleted. If you need assistance restoring your domain or require any further support, please log in to your account and open a support ticket with us so we can help you directly.
