Avail seems like a new product

Avail seems like a new product, and unfortunately, it really shows. The platform is confusing and it’s hard to find or edit important documents like leases. The layout isn’t user-friendly at all, which makes managing rental properties frustrating. I also had an issue recently, and getting in touch with customer support was a nightmare — it took forever to reach someone. Although the representative was polite, the overall experience was stressful and inefficient. The system needs major improvements before it can be considered reliable or worth using.

My new go to application or rentals

Avail seems like a new product. I really like the format of the leases and some of the other documents. They need to make it a little easier to find documents and edit leases/documents but overall it's been my go to application for my rental properties. I had an issue the other day and it wasn't the easiest to contact but when I did get a representative the issue was resolved quickly and he was wonderful to work with. Once they do a few little tweaks it'll be a fantastic program to use.

Avail.co real estate rental website

Syndicates to a lot of other related rental listing services... Not necessarily accurately.... And is a bit limited in the format of information it provides, about applicants and rental properties. The price is certainly right, for landlords, anyway ?!

UPDATE RESOLVED: replied and followed up and I have no issues with my account. Cheers, and kudos to them for reaching out after.

4. explicit written permission in multiple forms
5. I offered to provide bills too.

Only to deny me with "decision is final and no further details". One possible conclusion is the lady is on a power trip because she didn't like me trying to be thorough earlier? What. the. Ridiculous.

1. Previously attached the property tax document, I included the image below again for convenience.

2. Attached written permission (in pdf and .eml form) where landlordname agrees to allow me to sublease as per written permission which to us was a formality but we did do it for cases like this where we needed to follow legal rules.

I have numerous other texts and emails between us or she can confirm to you that I have written permission to do so. I have more I can correlate for you if you would like to verify both of our addresses and our lease agreement but I hope all of this and landlordname completing the ID verification link included originally will be sufficient. Let me know if you would like anything else.

This is the worst customer support and I'm quite upset so I'm taking the time to write this. Funny how it seems there might be fake listings but after I went through all this effort, they remove me? I did delete and relist but that shouldn't trigger this sort of response.
