Have not received any of my order, customer support is practically non existent, just automated replies, will never purchase from this company again, avoid at all costs

My necklace was delivered and it was beautiful along with the charms, always get compliments when wearing it.

Scam. After over a month of waiting, they sent the 2 little charms, a broken "free" chain, but no actual locket.

Email after email received excuse after excuse, and, fob off after fob off.

Worst experience buying online to date. Terrible / non-existent customer service, and pretty certain this is just a scam to rob you of your money.

I don't normally write reviews, but this is just pathetic. They are nothing but thieves. Avoid this rip off company at ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Locket is lovely easy to wear gets lots of compliments

Have not received the order, sent two emails no answer. Avoid.

I purchased a locket and a number of charms, I was really looking forward to them arriving after waiting nearly two weeks I contacted them by email, they failed to reply “only automated reply’s “
Then they sent the charms (no locket)
Still no reply so I made further contact (still no reply) then again I emailed made it very clear how upset I was about the lack of communication they eventually replied claiming it’s still being processed ,after 17 days and such a terrible response I have asked for a refund ……yes you guessed it no response !
Even though it states clearly they offer full refunds ??
I went on comments on face book where I actually found the advert and someone else said they are having the very same problem .( they have now blocked me from adding to or seeing the adverts ) just because I am trying to make contact,I think it’s a con, no reputable business treats customers like this .
I don’t recommend, it would be different if they actually communicated but they don’t it’s a real red flag and I’m still waiting for a reply ,no locket no refund .
