Craig was very helpful with explaining the problems on my landrover discovery. He was patient when explaining and went into detail. very helpful and informative I would recommend.

I had a yellow triangle warning for the DPF that turned red within 20 minutes and sent my car into limp mode. After finding Auto Assist Group online, I managed to book an appointment within just two working days.

I opted for their premium clean (priced at £429) plus an oil and filter change. Customer service was polite, friendly and really helpful from the start. The technician, Declan, came out to my property and was brilliant — he clearly explained what had happened, what he was doing to fix it, and even shared some useful tips on how to look after my car going forward.
Overall, the service I received was smooth, professional and reassuring — excellent value for what I got. I’d definitely recommend Auto Assist Group to anyone needing reliable mobile diagnostics or DPF help.

The technian arrived at the time he'd agreed.
Examined the car, located the problem.
After he finished he explained what fault entailed and advised me to take it to a diesel specialist to replace the faulty part as it's still under warranty.
The car is running ok now.

Booking availability was fairly fast, and the communication from the company was very good. Adam, the DPF guy was very knowledgeable, very helpful and knew exactly what to do to get the job done quickly. 2nd time I’ve used this company (and Adam), and both times the DPF issues have been resolved. The service isn’t cheap, but it’s cheaper than a new DPF and easier and faster than doing it yourself.

Declan, the engineer who came out to clean my DPF kept me totally in the loop, explaining everything he was doing and how some of the fault codes generated and viewed on his diagnostic tablet were only there because of an issue with my coolant pump causing the DPF fault. Declan showed me all the readings indicated on his diagnostic tablet before the clean and told me what they should be after the cleaning. Once the clean was complete the readings were all at the level he said. He was courteous and well mannered throughout.

Simple to use an so far cured the dpf full, Craig was very polite a professional would've been 5* but they messed my online booking up but got me in the next day.
