This was my first vintage watch and I had questions. The team at Authentic Watch Co. were very helpful and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. When the watch came in, it was beautiful and I'm happy I trusted them. I plan to purchase again.

After looking for exactly what I wanted for 2 or 3 years, I have just bought a 1968 Omega Seamaster from Authentic watch Co. and realistically I couldn't have been happier with either the watch or the service.
Liam was extremely helpful and professional without being overly formal.
The watch is at least as good as described and runs perfectly.

Excellent service, due to lockdown everything was done via WhatsApp. Really quick replies all questions answered in detail and videos/photos etc supplied and when I got the watch it looked even better than expected!

No issues, slick service ordered online notification came through and couple of days later watch delivered. Watch exactly as described. I would recommend these guys.

I wanted a piece of OMEGA history to crown my wrist and boy am I over the moon with my new timepiece. From the pristine dial, to the rare and slick beads of rice bracelet, it was the perfect watch. But I think what wins the 5 stars above all else is the customer service.

Liam was quickly responsive, didn't have to wait any longer than 5 minutes for a quick and insightful response. Even when I asked for a video of the watch, to ensure it's legitimacy, I got the video back the same day.

Above all else, the watch came in a gorgeous original OMEGA box, with a 1 year warranty & a promise of a reduced service if I took it to them. Along with a certificate of authenticity, next day delivery and the fact I feel like a billion bucks with this on my wrist, I honestly can't be happier

If I were a little richer, they'd have me as weekly customer. If YOU want a vintage OMEGA, these guys will no doubt sell you the example, you'll fall in love with.

Very impressed with Authentic watch co. My partner absolutely loved his 1964 Seamaster DeVille Omega gift and I was really happy with everything about the watch and the service. It would be impossible to improve on the purchase experience I had with the Authentic Watch Co. They responded to my questions quickly and clearly and very positively. I requested alternative options for a strap. I received not just one option, but two. I selected my preferred option. The watch arrived with that strap fitted, and the second option included in the package. All free of charge, with information about how to change the strap. I had a couple of post-sales questions as well, and these were responded to with the same level of attentiveness and genuine desire to help. All in all, I had what you might call good old fashioned customer service, of the highest calibre. The watch is everything I hoped it would be, and it has been given extra positive connotations because the purchase experience exceeded my most optimistic expectations. I highly recommend this dealer.
