1st class & efficient service, if all my travel arrangements ( London to Dubai ...Dubai to Phuket.... Phuket to Singapore .....Singapore to Sydney.....Sydney to Melbourne ..... Melbourne to Dubai....Dubai to London ) all go according to plan I’ll award them a hundred stars.

Julie was very helpful. Emails were answered promptly and she always seemed to be ahead of us when we came to discussing and tweaking our itinerary. We are very excited and looking forward to our trip, confident that it's been very well planned.

The booking/payment review
The booking experience (support and advice) was very good. Informative but not "pushy". The payment communications was disappointing, confusion regarding payment type, banking info omitted and information confusion. We are still looking forward to our trip and the service level during that experience.

Level of service
So far, I have been impressed by the service and knowledge given by various staff. Suggestion is every time you ring for a query, a new member of staff picks up and I have experienced they don't have my email which was given to the previous staff. Perhaps, improvement is needed in the networking.

Excellent knowledgeable staff on Oz & NZ
Excellent, courteous and helpful staff dealt with our holiday requests from start to finish. After several planning iterations, Richard Rymer managed to select all the locations in New Zealand that we wanted to visit, together with a great selection of hotels and b&b's. Austravel really are a fantastic company - quick, efficient and very good value for money. It's our 6th visit 'downunder' and we wouldnt trust anyone else.
