I have been using Austravel for 13…
I have been using Austravel for 13 years, and have never had any problems. Even 2 years ago when I had to change my flights because my Mother was ill, the person who sorted it out for me was very patient and helpful.

Flight booking to Australia
I needed a multi flight booking, including interstate stops in Queensland and NSW. Not many companies seem to offer this hence calling Austravel. Laurie was very helpful, and made it all quite painless. The confirmation came through very soon after, so overall a good experience. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars was their phone lines are occasionally busy, which must show they’re popular!

The whole process from looking at the website to booking was totally stress-free and so easy. Julie, the travel advisor, was very helpful and put together the perfect package for us. Can't wait to go now!

Happy return clients
We have used Austravel previously for our trip to Western Australia and Adelaide. We had no issues whilst away and the accommodation was exactly as we expected which has not been the case with a previous travel agency.
Julie has been most helpful with suggestions for our forthcoming trip to Tasmania and we are very much looking forwards to our holiday next year.

I should have contacted Austravel first - having tried others, it was a refreshing change to talk to someone who actually knew what he was talking about. He found flights, booked seats and it cost less than I'd been quoted by others. Good job.
