Our experience with Gabrielle was amazing. She was so informative and lovely and made us feel relaxed and happy. She gave us honest opinions on the rings we were interested in which was very helpful thank you for being amazing!

My fiancée and I went into the store yesterday looking for wedding bands, without an appointment, and Charlotte was so accommodating. She listened to what we were looking for and made us feel very comfortable. The choice of rings were beautiful and I wouldn’t have wanted to get our wedding bands anywhere else.

Fergus was lovely. Very educational and took a lot of time talking us through different options especially as I am very indecisive! Thank you very much for a lovely first experience trying engagement rings on! :)

When looking for engagement rings for my partner I wanted to find somewhere that made stylish rings which were customisable and offered lab grown diamonds. In addition, I knew my partner would want to see rings in person and so the ability to see samples in store was a massive bonus. We were highly impressed with the rings and the customer service was excellent. As I am a 'noob' when it comes to jewellery it was fantastic to have Charlotte in store to guide us through the various options and give honest opinions. I didn't find the sales representatives pushy or trying to upsell, Charlotte genuinely just wanted to find us the perfect ring. Overall very happy and can't wait for our ring to be delivered so I can propose! Bonus, the prices are very reasonable for the level of quality.

I went to Austen & Blake in Leeds with my husband to purchase an engagement ring, and the service we received was exceptional.

On my first visit (10th July), I was served by Fergus, who was really helpful in guiding me through the different ring shapes. He made the process so much easier, and I knew I’d be coming back later with my husband to make a final decision.

Today, I had a booking with Charlotte, and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find my perfect ring. She made the experience fun and relaxed—we had such a good laugh—and she never made me feel rushed, even when I was being indecisive. I had a set budget in mind, and Charlotte was brilliant at working within it to make sure I was happy. At one point, I felt “ring blind,” so I asked if she could try the ring on herself, and she kindly did so to help me get a better idea of how it would look. That small gesture made a huge difference!

Nikki, the manager, was also very friendly and helpful. She gave us great advice when we were enquiring about my husband’s wedding band and even polished his ring free of charge.

Overall, we had an amazing experience. The whole team was welcoming and lovely, and I would 100% recommend Austen & Blake Leeds for anyone looking for an engagement ring.

We went into the shop in Leeds to find our wedding rings. We got sat down with Fergus who was really helpful and made us feel comfortable and not rushed into our decision. We went away to think and I emailed to buy my wedding ring. Everything was so easy and I’m so happy with the experience.

Lovely warm welcome from the team. Charlotte was an amazing host and very helpful when taking me through the process. Reassured me along the way and methodically took me through everything. Given the daunting task of picking the right ring with the correct knowledge I found the whole process a great experience and couldn't recommend Austen Blake enough!

Katy was absolutely lovely and listened to everything we said and felt, with absolutely no pressure to choose anything or push us in any direction. She was down to earth and made us both feel comfortable.

Everyone in store was welcoming and friendly which was nice as I’ve never actually been in a jewellers before!

Fergus was outstanding throughout the whole time in the store. He listened to my fiancee’s ring preferences and was able to show us examples of how things would look.
