Fergus was great
Fergus was great, I was buying my wedding band and he was happy to let me try on their sample rings to see what style suited my engagement ring. Once we found the right one we customized it to exactly how i wanted it and he went through all the different things and reassured me throughout that if I wasnt happy with the end result they could alter things or exchange it for me

Amazing Experience
Upon entering the shop our sales assistant Fergus greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile that put us straight at ease. Throughout our consultation he was friendly, helpful and extermerly knowledgeable which made us feel like we were in very safe and capable hands. He listened to our needs and was quick to adapt and offer solutions that ticked all the boxes. We would highly recommend both the shop and the Fergus for the ideal place to pick out your future ring!

Super helpful and friendly service
We had a fantastic experience buying our wedding bands with Charlotte today. She was really helpful and offered lots of useful advice to help find what with wanted and work within our budget, without being overly ‘salesy’. We shopped around the local jewellers and couldn’t find a better deal so we were very happy with the service and price! It was also a lovely touch to get a glass of fizz and a free ring cleaning when we were in the shop!

Visited the Leeds store
Visited the Leeds store today to purchase my wedding band. Was helped by Fergus who was so welcoming and friendly. Didn’t feel pressured into buying anything but walked away having ordered my ring. The whole experience was so lovey, would definitely recommend.

Engagement Rings
Me and my partner had an appointment with Gabrielle to look at engagement rings and she was amazing. She made us feel very comfortable and heard by explaining everything perfectly and making sure to find us exactly what we wanted. I was very picky however Gabrielle was patient with me and showed me samples for every design to make sure I was 1000% happy with the final purchase. Would defiantly recommend her to anyone else looking to get specific jewellery.
