Fantastic experience
I recently bought an engagement ring and the entire process was absolutely amazing from start to finish with Austen & Blake Chester. The customer service was fantastic, especially Georgea from the store. She couldn’t be any more helpful and kind throughout the whole process from the first enquiry down to picking up the ring itself. I couldn’t recommend Austin and Blake enough and feel as if purchasing from this company made the entire process that much more special, a massive thankyou x

Amazing service, trustworth and helpful staff
I picked up an engagement ring for my Fiancée and I also had to come back in a few weeks later to get it resized. All the times I have visited, we were helped by an asian lady with glasses (forgive me for I have forgotten her name) who was very kind, sociable and very helpful! I will definitely consider Austen & Blake for when we get our wedding rings.

Fantastic service from start to finish
I wanted to send a huge thank you on behalf of my daughter & I for the excellent service we received when visiting your store in Chester, through to delivery of the ring in the USA.
Kieran was very helpful as were the rest of the team, when my daughter & I came into the store in July to find an engagement ring for my daughter’s girlfriend.
There was no judgement or awkwardness because of it being a same sex couple, we were made to feel really at ease. My daughter lives in the USA and was able to customise the exact ring she wanted, with no pressure at all from Kieran.
Once she returned to the USA she was kept informed the whole time and the ring arrived exactly as expected.
She is delighted with it and the service she has received, and can’t wait to propose !

Amazing, friendly, knowledgeable service from start to finish!
Georgea the assistant manager made our experience so seamless and fantastic from start to finish. Myself and my partner came in with an idea of what we wanted for my engagement ring and Georgea made it come to life. Fantastic friendly service she was able to answer all of our (many questions) with patience and was highly knowledgeable. When we finalised the ring we wanted she brought me out a glass of prosecco which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch for such an exciting moment. She kept my partner informed through the process of making the ring and was super excited to see pictures of the proposal when we went back at a later date to get it insured. I honestly could not recommend Georgea at Austen & Blake enough. Thank you so much for making such an exciting time so special for both of us!

LGBTQ+ Approved
As a women buying a ring for my future wife it can be daunting to approach jewellers etc. with the fear of a negative reaction/refusal to serve due to their personal views/belief surrounding LGBTQ+ marriages. Thankfully I had an amazing experience throughout the whole process with A&B! Not once did they even stumble on pronouns and I always felt like a normal customer. Seems an insignificant thing to mention but in reality it meant everything and I knew I chose the correct business to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Kieran (Chester Branch), couldn't recommend enough, they gave me brilliant advice and explained everything I needed to know to find the right ring.

Perfect Customer Service..
I have just use the online chat facility to speak with Kieran, initially just asking if an order I was looking to place would be delivered within 3 weeks. He was super quick to check details, confirm delivery and overall very helpful.
He then setup the transaction over the chat and processed the order. All very quick and efficient, Fab service.

Excellent service!!
I booked an appointment to see what the engagement rings l had viewed online really looked like in person. Before my appointment Kieran called me to get an idea of what I was looking for. I ended up purchasing the ring that Kieran suggested! The services was perfect. I did not feel pressured whatsoever, nor did I feel like my budget was being pushed at all. Their staff also helped me to ship my ring to my home in the USA, so I didn't have to worry about transporting it through an airport or worrying if it would arrive in time. Great staff at Chester!!

Unbelievable service from the team at…
Unbelievable service from the team at Chester. I was searching for an engagement ring for a while and other places just weren’t wowing me. After using the online chat and speaking to someone I booked to go in with an idea of what I want! A special shout out to Georgea who I dealt with me when I come into the shop. Helpful with everyone from the sizes, diamond, styles etc!!

I was working up in the Chester area and thought while I was there I would pop in to purchase an engagement ring. I was greeted by Georgea who was soo polite and welcoming. She knew exactly what she was on about and helped me with choosing the perfect ring. Her communication throughout the process has been excellent and I highly reccomend. Designing a bespoke wedding band with Georgea 😀
We have just put in our final design for a bespoke wedding band. Cant wait for it to arrive!!
It was difficult to visualise how the ring will look when judging from a picture, but Georgea from the Chester store has helped us throughout the whole process making sure we were 100% happy with it. She was very patient going back and forth to the design team to make adjustments until it was perfect. Really valued her honest opinion, would highly recommend speaking to Georgea if you are looking to design a bespoke ring. She really is an asset to the team. We also saw a few of the other staff members who were very helpful in taking the time to explain and show us the different metals and diamond grades. Would definitely return when buying another piece of jewellery.

Georgea from the Chester branch went above and beyond to help me through the nightmare of picking an engagement ring. She made the process so easy and relaxing. She answered all the questions that I had and was able to provide me with enough options without me getting overwhelmed. I had been to a couple of different jewellers in town but bought into how professional Georgea was. She’s even helping with a resizing of the ring for us. Great asset to your company 10/10

Kieran was AMAZING! Very informative, very patient and listened carefully to what I wanted.
I was initially nervous ordering a ring that I hadn’t seen but he re assured me and put my mind at rest and when I saw the ring I was blown away!!! It’s gorgeous!!
He wasn’t pushy at all and he was really down to earth and chatty.
