Wonderful experience
Mariana & Georgia were both really helpful and friendly. We came back to Austin and Blake after purchasing our custom made engagement ring.
We came in knowing we would be purchasing our wedding bands are they are gorgeous. Nothing was to much trouble for them both.

I've been looking for a ring in celebration of a significant birthday and decided to visit Austen & Blake in Chester while visiting there on a short trip. Excellent service from Georgea in Chester
We had wonderful customer service from Georgea recently in the Chester store. I was looking for a ring to replace a lost engagement and wedding ring set. It was a bitter sweet shopping trip and I wasn’t entirely sure what I was looking for however Georgea was patient and had plenty of helpful suggestions. I love the idea that the ring was made to my specific requirements making it more unique than buying off the shelf from most high street retailers and the same professional, friendly service was matched when we revisited the store to collect my gorgeous ring. The service from start to finish was amazing. Georgia is a super star and a credit to the company. From walking in the doors to presenting and collecting my dream ring was amazing.
