The products are simply not what they are advertised as. I am actually shocked they think it’s acceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The product is rubbish. I have asked for a refund. They keep sending me automated messages.

The worst products I have ever come across, they look nothing like what they do in the pictures and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, was hoping to be able to upload pictures, stay away from this company,

I complained and all I got was sorry didnt meet your expectations, if you want to return you have to pay to send it back to China

I ordered a 50% off large green fire place garland. I received a small plastic toxic fumed naff garland.
The Pinterest link sent me to a really lovely interiors shop and I fell for it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. I am now trying to get my refund. #Painful

Thought this was uk company as states Ausbury London, bras and cami took 5 weeks to deliver from china. Quality and sizing, worse than poor . There advert states 100% guanantee satisfaction or money back. When I asked to return it for refund I was offered a discount if I spent more money🤣. After reading the reviews here and lots of emails later i eventually accepted 80% refund and not asked to return items, and it has just appeared in my bank. My advice is if you are dissatisfied keep persevering for that refund. I have been left with a distrust of adverts on Pinterest, best get it off Amazon at least they have a good refund policy.

I gave this "Cowboy company" 1 star as Zero was not a available option.
AVOID this company, and closely related ones ( Check address/ China).
Product arrived late, not as advertised, and refused a refund. (However, I played them at their own game and a full refund has been received, they did not even ask me to return the goods)!
I stated that "Police Scotland", had advised me to contact -"SOFIT", (Scotland's Online Fraud Investigation Team) and also "Trading Standards". Please do not search for "SOFIT", as it is something I made up in the heat of the moment.

What is delivered is far from what is advertised. Website and products look of good quality but what you receive is so inferior. Not fit for purpose. Especially when you are talking about bras. They ought to be ashamed of themselves and should be closed down. I will be asking my bank to reimburse my money if at all possible. They don’t deserve to keep it! The item will go in the bin.

Thought I was buying from a UK based company. Has a UK web address & called Ausbury LONDON!
Items arrived about 3 weeks after placing order so I realised then it couldn’t be the Uk.
They are no way the sizes advertised.
I had to e mail to return & in all fairness they offered to send more at no cost but in a bigger size. The size I had was the biggest they do so I asked to return for a refund.
Polite & prompt emails but I’d have to return tracked at a cost of nearly £9 when the items cost £17.
Not worth the hassle.
Don’t bother shopping here-you are NOT shopping in the UK!
Wish I’d read the reviews independently & not the ones quoted on their webpage!
Very misleading!

Terrible. It is advertised as being in London. It isn’t.
The shipping company then start sending messages concerning postage discrepancies in Chinese symbols so I can’t understand their message or reply to them.
Ausbury themselves won’t actually answer any questions, they just send the link to the shipping company again.
I’m now realising I won’t be getting any wreath hooks or my money back.
How do companies get away with this?It’s just so wrong.

My order was 11360. So probably a lot of other hard working people have been scammed too.

I agree that this company should be shut down ...it took 27 days for the item to arrive. The item was NOT as described...postage return is to China ...and I could have bought the item for a quarter if the price in the UK.please please read the reviews before you even think about buying

The item arrived a little later than stated but I was kept informed throughout the whole process. I love the item which was as described. The negative reviews on here did give me cause for concern but I’m really happy with my purchase.

This company should be shut down or at least it’s UK website should be. What they sent me was nothing like the priduct advertised. Totally useless. They rejected my complaint and my request for refund.
DO NOT BE EMPTED.

Do not be tempted. Do not waste your time and hard earned cash. This company is just out to rob you!

Website no longer exists. No recourse. My order was showing in South China transit centre but not the link no longer works and there is no website.
Will report but don’t anything will happen

FRAUD do not buy from them - nothing on this website is real. Forget refunds/ returns or exchange they won’t do it. Report to Action Fraud immediately - they should be shut down.

Do not buy from this company. They will not exchange or offer a refund even though their website says otherwise.

Stupidly bought some items from this store, what a waste of money, tacky flimsy materials used, sizing wildly not as described. AVOID

This company took my payment but sent no acknowledgement of order or tracking details. Have had no response to emails and have cancelled my bank card and wait for a replacement. I should have read these reviews first. Lesson learned. Would not recommend this company.26

Just received set of three bras. Really poor quality, and made for flat chested women, and very skimpy too. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. REALLY/ DISAPPOINTED 😡😡😡
