Incorrectly advertised part, resolved in the end.
I purchased a new air filter for my Mitsubishi Magna and the advertised product clearly stated it suited my vehicle type and year of manufacturer. Unfortunately when the mechanic tried to fit this product I was informed it was incorrect. I have since left Aurus two e-mails requesting a follow up to see what we can do about this yet over a week later no-one has bothered to even respond.
EDIT: After over a week, Aurus did get in contact with me. They acknowledged the wording of the description did in fact need to be changed and are working on this. To their credit they did refund the money once I returned the unused component.
