I had a very poor experience here. The staff only care about money and getting the sale. You are made to feel rushed

It was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. The lovely Sarah was my bridal stylist and really put me at ease. I cannot thank her for the patience and fun, it really made the appointment. The rest of the staff were welcoming and the shop was stunning! So glad I said yes to the dress and look forward to going back when my dress comes in.

What an experience, honestly as Iv waited so long for this day to come to try on wedding dresses Aurora Bride was everything and more! The Dresses, the staff the whole experience honestly couldn’t fault it! From the moment I was greeted to the end of the appointment I felt like a princess! The shop itself is like 4 shops in one!! They have so many dresses to choose from with so many different styles and the appointment was just exactly what I envisioned my 1st appointment to be!!! Could not recommend more! X

✨ I honestly don’t even know where to begin because Aurora Bride was everything I could’ve dreamed of and more 💖👰🏼‍♀️ From the moment I walked into the boutique, I was greeted with the warmest welcome and instantly felt like I was in safe hands. The team are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but they are also the loveliest, kindest souls who truly care about making your bridal journey magical from start to finish ✨

I had been to a few other bridal shops before Aurora, and none of them made me feel as special or as confident. The atmosphere at Aurora is just so uplifting and luxe — it’s beautiful, calm, and full of joy. Every appointment felt so personal, like I was the only bride in the world 💕 They took time to understand my vision, listen to my worries, and made me feel SO supported every step of the way. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured — just pure excitement and celebration.

And… THE DRESS 😍 Wow. I honestly still get goosebumps thinking about it! I found the one at Aurora Bride and it was everything I dreamed of and more. The detail, the fit, the way it made me feel — absolute perfection. The team were amazing with alterations and made sure every single detail was flawless. I felt like a true princess on my wedding day and had endless compliments on how stunning and unique my dress was 👑💫

My wedding day was truly the best day of my life, and I have to thank Aurora Bride for playing such a huge part in making that happen. Their energy, passion, and love for what they do shines through in everything — and I’m honestly going to miss seeing them!!

To any brides-to-be reading this: do yourself a favour and go to Aurora Bride. You’ll laugh, you might cry (happy tears), and you’ll 100% find your dream dress. These women are pure magic 💕✨💍 Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🥂👑💖

Amazing service throughout - my wedding dress was amazing the girls were fabulous - i even had it cleaned and boxed afterwards = nothing was too much trouble and they even looked after my little one when i had no childcare during fittings - she loves it there too now!

I am extremely sad to have to review this beautiful shop at two stars. I'm sorry to say the service was abysmal. Before I parted with my money (which was ALOT) they showed signs of being everything I wanted them to be. Unfortunately, once the money was handed over, I was given the cold shoulder. They left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. This was supposed to be a moment of a lifetime and I am so sad that they totally ruined the experience. There was possibly one member of staff who actually treated me with genuine warmth and friendliness but other wise I was made to feel a nuisance and a burden. Not to mention the very "hurry up" attitude they kept giving me as they always say they have other brides appointments pending and so usher you out of your dress and want you to leave as soon as possible. But yet all I see on fb and tiktok are endless videos of them enjoying themselves in all the stock wedding dresses. It's infuriating. So from not being informed properly about packages and costs, no-one answering the phone after many many times trying to contact them, being spoken to rudely and also cut short and talking over me, finally to my email when I've enquired about dress cleaning and mending after my wedding day, being completely ignored I'm afraid the service in this store was a big let down so be wary before you part with your cash.
That said, the actual store itself is absolutely beautiful and I did find my gorgeous wedding dress there. I would also like to highlight Rosana, the seamstress who fitted my dress. She is nothing to do with the store, she just uses their premises and this lady knows what's she is doing. So, thank you Rosana. My dress fitted me like a glove and was comfortable all day. Excellent work and she gets my five stars. I would say, don't be blinded by the gorgeous dresses. Think twice. For me, Service is absolutely paramount and the staff in this store only gave me the impression they just did not care about me. The date of this review is today's date as my experience date runs over the course of a year. Yes, that's a long time to dread every visit to the store when you're supposed to be so excited to put your dress on again.

I had the best time at Aurora Bride choosing my wedding dress. The shop is beautiful and you are immediately excited when you walk through the door.

The team are incredible, they are super professional and amazing at what they do! They initially asked what my budget was and what styles I had in mind. They were incredibly patient when I had no idea what I wanted and tried on every style available until l found my dream dress!

The ordering process went seamlessly and I was notified once my dress was at the shop, they then kept it for me until the big day. They organised an incredible seamstress for the alternations.

From start to finish the whole experience was so enjoyable and the team are fantastic!

Such a wonderful experience choosing a wedding dress on Mothering Sunday. Having had truly appalling service in Pronovias (Bond street flagship store) we were absolutely blown away by the care, attention to detail and excellent service at Aurora in Sutton.

Sarah was so very helpful, caring, encouraging, practical and attentive. She listened to all the bride’s concerns and wishes, pulled out a huge number of dresses for approval and stood back to give us all time to gather our thoughts.

The shop is very spacious, spotless and lots of very comfortable sofas for us. Pink or white Prosecco, snacks and water were on offer.

Aurora hold a seemingly endless stock of dresses, not every dress in every size but certainly enough selection to gain a very good idea of what each dress looks like on the bride whatever her shape and size. Nothing was too much trouble even though the shop was busy and we certainly weren’t rushed nor under any pressure to make a decision. Not a breath of hard sell either.
