Please do not buy anything from this supplier, you will end us losing your money. The product supplied was inferior to what was advertised and I can't return nor get a refund.
I ordered some items but they are too small. Have tried numerous times to contact the company with no result. Have not been able to return the goods. I am totally disappointed in their non existent customer support. Buyer beware!!!!!!
Total fraud. I’m down $89.95. Do not buy from this site. I’ve only done 1 star to be able to post a review.
I finally received my order after over a month of waiting for it and it was not even what I ordered.
Stay clear from this website !!!
I ordered a sleeveless cardigan for $69:95 . When it arrived it was a cheap-looking version in a different colour and style, in the wrong size without any labels or information about materials used or washing instructions. None of my emails were answered and the phone number was also a fake one. I think this is obviously a total fraud.
This company has taken my money for a sleeveless cardigan I ordered. I have contacted them 3 times via email and their contact page to follow up the shipping details
The order number provided by the confirmation email from Aurirose is invalid but they have taken my money.
Their physical address is in Sydney, Australia and their contact phone number is based in France.
Stay clear of this company…
I have now received the goods and they are completely different to what was ordered.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I would suggest to PINTEREST they not accept their advertising, as the advertiser is fraudulent.
