Klarer Betrug! Finger Weg!
Die Tests sind Fake! Der Kopfhörer hat keine brauchbare Lautstärke! Schreibe mit jetzt mit dem "Service" seit 14 Tagen. Keine Reaktion auf meine Hinweise oder Anmerkung. Bekomme wohl von einen Computer immer die gleichen Fragen gestellt! Ich soll ein Video von der zur geringen Lautstärke machen! Ohne Worte! Werde jetzt den Anwalt einschalten!

Koop niet via deze site. Dit is een Chinese site, het lijkt echt, maar is het niet. De kwaliteit is om te janken. De afbeelding van het pand op de website is nep, google het en je kan zien dat het pand van een ander bedrijf is.
Mocht je het kopen en je wilt het retourneren, dan pas kom je er achter dat het Chinees is, want je moet het artikel terugsturen naar China. Mocht je toch kopen tegen beter weten in, good luck!

The most disgusting company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Rubbish quality headphones and upon emailing to return they said there were no faults even though I detailed them thoroughly. Sent the same email to me multiple times, bad grammar and spelling and even repeated the same paragraphs in the same email? Didn't permit me to return until I threatened to take it up with my bank's fraud department for a a refund as within the contract I could return within 90 days, meaning they were breaking their contact. They then said after the threat that I could return but had to pay tons in international shipping. Crap quality products, shocking customer service and COMPLETE FARUDULENT activity and fraud. They said they would return them at the lowest price so not only did I pay £95 for headphones then £20 to ship them back. They won't even give me the full money back so I'm down tons and am having to take this through to the fraud team at my bank.

Ik voel me genoodzaakt om mijn ervaring met AURALU te delen, zodat anderen hiervan op de hoogte zijn.
AURALU hanteert afzetpraktijken. Ze beloven kwaliteitsproducten, maar leveren niet wat ze beloven.
In mijn geval heb ik nooit mijn bestelde koptelefoon ontvangen, en mijn geld is ook niet terugbetaald.
Telkens wanneer ik contact opnam met de klantenservice, ontving ik voorgekauwde antwoorden die totaal niet ingingen op mijn vragen.
AURALU heeft geen enkel respect voor zijn klanten.
Ik werd van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd zonder enig resultaat.
Dit is onacceptabel voor een bedrijf dat pretendeert professioneel te zijn.
Bespaar jezelf de frustratie en zoek een betrouwbare leverancier.

Testergebnisse sind Fake. Soundqualität schlecht: Mitteltöne verwaschener Brei ohne Transparenz, Hochtöne schrill und Schmerzhaft. Keine Rückgabe möglich, da Zoll und Porto und sonstige Kosten vom Kunden getragen werden müssen wie bei anderen chinesischen Waren. Insgesamt eine Frechheit

Shocking customer service!!!!!! After initially ordering and THEN looking at trust pilot reviews, I decided to cancel. Customer service took 2 days to respond and said it couldn’t be cancelled as the order had been shipped. Well today I checked the tracking (10 days later) on a website I’d never heard of and big shock apparently my order has been delivered to me and SIGNED for!!!!! It most certainly has not arrived and surprise surprise no reply from customer service . Whole thing looks like a big scam. Fraudulent company and by the looks of other reviews the product is not worth a penny…. Avoid like the plague, will be passing over to trading standards. Oh and apparently they are UK based company but funnily enough my order was coming from china ….. says it all con!

Haben einen .de onlineshop, halten sich aber nicht an Gesetze.
Rücktritt meinerseits, ist schnell erfolgt, und plötzlich war das Paket "leider" schon versendet.

Auf Anfragen gibt es nur Textbaustein Antworten.

Dann haben sie 15% abgezogen bei der Erstattung und diese erst nach erneuter Erinnerung durchgeführt.

Ich wollte wegen €20 keinen Rechtstreit initiieren, hätte mich aber interessiert.

Stay away from this company. Bought them cause I needed headphones with ANC, which turned out to not work, in addition to many other faults. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Thankfully I purchased through Klarna and got all my money back. Horrible customer service and a product worth far less than what they're selling them for.

Erg huiverig van te voren na het te laat lezen van de recensies maar prima dopjes met een gedoseerd neutraal geluid. Geen dikke bass of opgedreven hoge tonen. Als geluidstechnicus zien we dit dan ook graag. Ook de batterijduur is prima. En grootste voordeel: De tonen die mijn hoog zwangere vrouw weet te genereren
worden zeer nauwkeurig onderdrukt door de ANC funtie. De gang van zaken mbt de bestelsite en de gang van zaken met garantie en herroepen zijn niet erg chique te noemen.

This company is a fraud, do not buy their headphones. I’ve had to cancel my card and have been requesting a refund. Their customer support does not respond, and any links to websites from bank statements do not open. It’s a scam.

Als beste getest en een Nederlands bedrijf bla bla bla…
Ik heb de NC koptelefoon ontvangen en wilde hem direct terugsturen omdat de Action betere verkoopt voor maar € 19,95 ipv € 119,-
Terug sturen is volgens dit bedrijf bijna onmogelijk en als je dat wel wil mag je alle kosten voor je eigen rekening nemen.
Aangetekend met een verzekering terug sturen naar china kost nog wel wat dus ik heb gewoon het adres in Duitsland gebruikt wat op de verpakking stond.

Ook heb ik Klarna ingelicht en hun hebben het opgelost.
Tip: maak foto’s van alles tijdens het terugsturen.
Aangetekend met een T&T code en ontvangstbevestiging naar duitsland kost € 17,50

Awful, cheap headphones. Terrible sound quality that works intermittently.

When I applied to return the headphones, I was told I would have to pay for the return delivery charges...to China. Alternatively was offered 15% to accept the items which is probably what they cost to make.

Avoid like the plague and make sure you cross reference comparison websites.

I read about these buds in a reputable tech magazine, pitting them against other buds. The shill said these came out on top. I immediately ordered a pair direct from Auralu.
And then I read the reviews. I was gutted. To be honest I'm an idiot for not checking the reviews first. I waited and hoped for the best. When they eventually turned up I was pleasantly surprised. The build quality seemed to be good and they have an interesting design. They paired straight away with my iPod (yes, I still have one of those) and I set it on shuffle. I was amazed by the sound quality. The sound is as clear as a bell and the bass is lovely and deep without muting the treble. I have a nice set of Senheissers and these out perform those. The clever design of these buds also means they won't fall out of your ears when you're soaking up the sun on holiday. Overall I'm very impressed and also a bit confused by the terrible reviews of these. My experience has been a very positive one.

To be honest I thought I had lost my previous ear buds I was gutted as I love my music. so I did a Google search. To see best quality sound your Company Auralu came up and I agree totally the sound is amazing!! After I put the order in and tried to cancel , but it was too late., then I checked for reviews and read some really bad reviews?.
I received them a few days later ,so I thought I would just try them?. I was absolutely delighted and amazed with the sound!!, better than the ones I already have?. I do like a good base without distortion to the sound!!, and these earbuds certainly deliver!.so yes I’m very happy with these ear buds 10/10

Unseriöser Shop. Nur mit Hilfe von Klarna bin ich aus dem Kaufvertrag nach einem halben Jahr rausgekommen. Standhaft bleiben! Die Ware wurde viel zu spät geliefert und mein schneller Widerruf wurde einfach ignoriert!

Personnellement je trouvais le casque plutôt bon. Mais souhaitant le mettre a un moment l'oreille ce détache de l'arc du casque. Impossible de la remettre. Le casque n'a jamais pris de coup, jamais l'oreillette n'a été étiré ayant un petit crâne. Et je constate maintenant après essai d'autres casque qu'ils étaient médiocre.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! THIS “COMPANY” is a SCAM!!! I received my headphones and the quality is absolutely disgraceful. They do not cancel noise and they DO NOT do what they say they do. The quality of the sound is the worst quality. I was under the impression that they are based within the UK but they are based in China! When I tried to process a refund they were reluctant. I then had to pay £40 to return them back to China. I paid £109 and for some reason I was told I will be credited back £92! I have still NOT received my refund even tho they have stated it has been actioned. I have contacted my bank and they advised I ask them for a reference number so they can chase it up. They are now not responding back to me after I kindly asked for a reference number so I am currently in the process of raising this with the fraud department with my bank. What an utter disgrace! Shame on them! I also spent £11 on a very cheap pair of headphones for my 7year old daughter and I discovered they are the SAME HEADPHONES!!!

Mine got delivered Damaged with Wire sticking out sent them photos and Auralu refused return as said look ok

Was op zoek naar een betaalbare hoofdtelefoon. Ik kwam uiteindelijk via vacumtest.com (Sam geeft advies over headphones) bij auralu.nl. Daar bestelde ik 2 hoofdtelefoons in de veronderstelling dat ik met een betrouwbaar Nederlands bedrijf te doen had. Betaalt met Visacard. Kreeg ook direct een orderbevestiging. In dit geval niet eerder naar reviews gekeken. Stom, doe ik normaal altijd. Zelfde dag nog via mail de order proberen te annuleren, echter zoals verwacht geen reactie. Dag later wel een mail dat de bestelling uit China is verzonden. Terugsturen zal weinig zin hebben omdat de retourkosten voor eigen rekening komen en aanzienlijk zijn. Ben benieuwd naar de kwaliteit, maar verwacht dat dit zeer zal tegenvallen. Je wordt misleid door het feit dat je bestelt via auralu.nl. Mocht je hier willen bestellen, lees dan goed de "kleine lettertjes". Niet conform gebruikelijk Nederlandse consumentenrecht. Handelswijze verkoper riekt sterk naar oplichting. Ben gewaarschuwd!
