Dr Rehman was so understanding and knowledgeable around our situation. She gave us excellent advise on how to go forward after the diagnosis . Amanda her PA was just fantastic, nothing was to much trouble and always responded the same day.

From the first interaction with Augmentive I felt positive and confident. Dr Eappen's assistant Debra was friendly and efficient and helped me when I had a few questions. The session with Dr Eappen was great, she calmed my nerves and guided me gently through all the questions. I felt seen, heard and supported for the first time in a really long time. Dr Kapil Bakshi Is very patient, understanding and highly knowledgeable. He listens which is half the battle with getting support. He takes the time to understand your concerns and issues and works with you rather than giving you a blanket solution. He understands everyone is different and responds in different ways. He’s working closely with us and we feel very looked after and reassured. If you’re needing support and are considering the private route, we’d highly recommend his expertise. My partner has responded so well to the care and medication given by Dr Bakshi.

🌟 Truly Life-Changing Support – Highly Recommend Augmentative 🌟

Finding out I’m neurodivergent in my 50s was a major shock,but the team at Augmentative made all the difference. They were kind, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout both my ADHD and later autism assessments.

It was easy to contact them, and they always returned my calls promptly. The process was quick (I had my first appointment within two weeks), efficient, and handled with real care. Appointments were held over Zoom, which made everything more accessible.

Dr. J. Iyiola was amazing, compassionate and reassuring. His PAs, Amanda and Phoebe, were super efficient and kind. And a special thank you to Sarah, the owner, who was so accommodating and warm.

I felt truly supported from start to finish. If you’re looking for private ADHD or autism assessments, especially later in life, I can’t recommend Augmentative enough. They made a daunting journey feel manageable,and even empowering.

I had the pleasure of an appointment with Dr Johnny Iyiola and I couldn't recommend him more highly. I had long suspected I had ADHD (I'm now 40) and finally booked an assessment. He was very warm and personable, putting me at ease straight away. He showed great understanding and empathy towards the examples and experiences I cited and combined a very professional medically informed approach with a very warm and human touch - 10/10.

Super easy process via the Augmentive site, lots of choice of specialists so you can find exactly what are looking for to fit your requirements. Dr Bakshi and his PA Debra were both great, really helpful, attentive and professional. Highly recommend using the Augmentive platform.

Dr Eappen was incredibly kind and patient, explained everything to me clearly, allowing time for questions. This is something I’ve struggled with my whole life and not knowing what it was has been immensely challenging for me. Talking to Dr Eappen felt validating and felt like a weight had been lifted. I've left a previous review in Dec 24 that I made when first finding Augmentive (George 11 is tag name, real name Paul Cummings) so wanted to update anybody thinking of using Augmentive as it's easy to write a gushing review when emotional due to the relief of finally knowing what's wrong and the hope you are on the path to normality. It's also easy to leave a negative review when hitting a bump or 2 so I think after 7 months I can offer a balanced opinion.

Absolutely recommend 5 Star. Dr Dein has been a godsend. Being diagnosed is not a magic bullet, it's the start of your healing process.

There's been ups and downs and some frustrations, mainly with Titration but that's to be expected. It's a gradual process to make sure you get it right long term.

I'm now 7 months in and still going through Titration as the Meds from low to a bit higher to a bit higher have all worked (they are amazing), but my body has adjusted so we've had to adjust with it. The Psychiatrist is trying to find the lowest dose possible that works for you, and that takes time and work from you to assess how you feel. I made regular notes.

We all want and think we need a higher dose after a bad day or 2. That's why we have professionals assess and question and don't self medicate.

I started on 30mg Elvanse, now 60 mg, and we've had to introduce and adjust each dose with an Amfexa top up and adjust these timings during the day, as whilst Elvanse is magic, it just doesn't last all day for me.

I now feel we are either there, or nearly there and having an occasional day or 2 break from the Meds has also helped.

Yes this is costly, but it's vital to get your dosage right and it really is tweak assess, tweak again.

If I'd gone the NHS route I'd still be 7 years from an appointment. I'm now probably a few months off going on a shared care agreement with my GP.

Be patient (no pun intended) as despite the cost, it's more important to get it right. I struggled for 53 years without knowing why, another few months cost and an annual review is just something to suck up and accept as I want the medication to be right so I can continue enjoying life, and having energy I never had (when dose is right) for the rest of my years.

What price would you put on years of feeling normal?

I'll be eternally grateful to Augmentive as without them I'd never have found Dr Dein and was becoming increasingly frustrated trying to get an appointment before stumbling across them online.

Others seemed happy to take your money then allow you to ask questions. Augmentive answered all my questions and asked me to go through their professionals and see who I felt comfortable with before any payment was discussed.

The app when contacting Dr Dein for Meds or catch up appointments is easy to use and always sends me reminders of upcoming appointments. And the quality of the professionals they have is 2nd to none (Dr Dein is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists).

Augmentive is simply the best option out there for anybody looking for a quick diagnosis and the best professionals available, and the support going forward.
