the appointment was for my mother in law who is 90 the staff were very patient and understanding and she felt comfortable for the duration of the visit and is very happy with her hearing aids, she cannot believe how much better she can hear

Zoe at Audika, Goodramgate
Zoe, was absolutely brilliant and explained very clearly the benefits of the aids I was being fitted with. Zoe is extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. Zoe clearly knew a lot about the aids and I was confident that Zoe had researched the specification to ensure they were right for me.
