Fantastic practice
First of all, I would like to thank the staff at Tonbridge wells hidden hearing again for there fantastic care. The staff where fantastic and each had outstanding knowledge great care with there service. Everything was easy and simply and pain free, cant ask for more than that.
Main reason im leaving a review is. When I was in thier care even tho this is private practice I wasn't treated like cash cow and they only want to help and fix what you needed and not sell you something you didnt need or want. Will 100% use this company again.

I really benefited from my appointment at Hidden Hearing. Belinda and all the staff were polite and very helpful. I appreciated the advice given and the treatment, which made a big difference to my hearing and ear-comfort. Thank you Hidden Hearing; I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing. M Grant

Great service
Great service. Richard covered everything from the in-depth hearing test, the results and type and hearing aid level of technology required.
He also described all the features and benefits.

Really Good Experience
Really good experience from the start to walking out with my hearing aids being able to hear well .The hearing test was very though and I learnt so much about hearing from Richard that I never realised.

We were treated like proper people…
We were treated like proper people everything was explained to us we were shown pictures of inner ears , showed the picture of our inner ears, told every step of the way what was going to happen in the booth. Very good with my partner who has dementia.

Reassuring first visit
I visited Hidden Hearing in Tunbridge Wells and was seen by Richard Mason. This was my first hearing appointment I have had. Richard was very reassuring and professional, explaining the process and then carrying out several hearing tests
