Stephan and Jodie are a good team, and very reassuring in dealing with my hearing problems.
my hearing aids were fitted a year ago, and I had my first annual check-up on Monday. The aids were adjusted and my hearing made clearer. I am well satisfied with their professionalism.

My experience was very good.
They were helpful and very professional.
Everything was explained in great detail.

First annual check. I had problems initially, hearing aids kept falling out, but Helen came back several times last year, until I was sorted. Always happy to answer any questions. Josie on reception very responsive to any queries. I could not be happier with the customer service.

I must say I was very impressed by Stefan and Josie. I have not been happy with the hearing aids I’d had previously from a different company. Stefan at Hidden Hearing was very understanding and thorough with my test. I have now picked up my new hearing aids from Hidden Hearing. They were expensive but very importantly they work. Stefan and Josie are always cheerful and courteous . On my last visit ( 16/01/2024 ) Stefan adjusted my hearing aids , I can now pick up some extra sounds that were missing before , overall an improvement in my hearing experience . 5 stars for everything !

Excellent professional and friendly service from Stefan and Josie. My elderly father wears aids supplied by Hidden Hearing Truro and recently went for his yearly check up. Whilst I was present, I like the fact the interaction was with my father (the customer) and he was treated like a gentleman from start to finish. Thank you for a fantastic service and care.

The branch in Truro was absolutely first class, in no way can I fault the service I received today, I’m only 22 so I was a bit of a shock but the team was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, polite and very welcoming, I will most certainly be recommending Hidden Hearing in Truro.
