The audiologist we spoke to (Nazreen) was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was helpful and clearly knew what she was doing.

Very efficient admin with numerous reminders of my upcoming appointment. The audiologist was extremely thorough with a warm friendly approach. I was given a series of options without feeling pressurised to go for high end hearing aids.

The lady who saw me was very helpful and explained all that was needed.

I was extremely well treated & looked after. Nasreen was efficient & caring & knew her stuff. BUT I felt a little pressured to make a decision there & then. I dont think the disadvantages of deafness such as dementia need to be mentioned too much. Also I was not given full information about the range of products until I was leaving when to my surprise she said there were cheaper options than what I had been shown. I think the whole range needs to be shown at the beginning so that the customer can choose what is within her means.

This was my second hearing rest in my life and was a bit nervous but as soon I step in the centre I felt relaxed and calm. Nasreen was very professional and very polite.

Hidden Hearing in Temple Fortune, London is amazing. Not only excellent, professional advice and support but also a great welcome ….. and excellent coffee! Nothing is ever too much trouble and, after only a few visits, my hearing problems were solved and I feel like I’ve joined a very supportive and friendly team.

I went to have my earwax removed and had a very professional and enjoyable appointment with Khadisha Walters. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel at ease. I am a doctor by profession and think they are offering a very good service for £70, this not only includes the ear wax removal for both ears but also pictures of inside the ears before and after (which are also reviewed by ENT team) and an app-based hearing test to screen for hearing problems. This cost also includes if you need to come back to have another appointment to soften ear wax if it is difficult to remove in first appointment. Also they give advice on how to reduce ear wax build up in the future. I would highly recommend and think they are offering a very good service.

My mother in her nineties was very reluctant/worried to have hearing aids. All the staff at Hidden Hearing were very caring and reassuring, they put her at her ease and explained every stage of the process to her. She now has hearing aids and is able to enjoy life with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

My Grandmother came to Hidden Hearing and the Receptionist Pamela was extremely helpful. She gave my grandmother Coffee and Biscuits and made her feel very welcome. My grandmother was surprised by the knowledge the receptionist had in relation to cleaning and maintenance of the hearing aids also. Pamela kept the door open for my grandmother and advised she calls her if she had any difficulty changing her filters. Real asset to Hidden Hearing - Highly recommend.
