Audika - St Albans Recensioni

Roopa was kind and professional, explained the procedure clearly and made me feel very comfortable throughout.

I came to Hidden Hearing for a wax removal. The person I had for my appointment was Roopa Samani, she was very professional and kind and explained things clearly. She made the experience very relaxing and was efficient. Would definitely come back again and would recommend Roopa to anyone.

Very welcoming and professional thanks to Olivia and Mubashi

My husband went for wax removal before he has a full hearing test next week! Roopa was amazing, very patient and understanding, she explained everything very clearly.

Fantastic hearing test and full explanation. Shame about the price!

I have just visited Hidden Hearing in St Albans for wax removal by micro suction, and am pleased to say it was a successful experience. I had been recommended by a friend and was greeted by friendly and efficient staff before meeting Roopa, who carried out the procedure. Roopa was also friendly and was very thorough, informative and reassuring. I will be very happy to return for a free hearing test and follow-up appointments.

The shop in St. Albans is well appointed and the wax clearing service very professionally run. My heavily blocked ears needed two sessions but now I am hearing perfectly

If you have a nervous parent who’s struggling to hear- I can’t recommend hidden hearing enough. They put my Dad at total ease and it was wonderful to see him in the same day of having his hearing aids fitted taking part in family outings, he back calling me regularly on the phone and seeing his confidence back to where it used to be. The girls in the St Albans office were incredible and the audiologist was so knowledgeable. It was the best investment ever……. Thank you so much Olivia for making it happen - it’s wonderful when you meet people who make a difference in your life!

Just visited Hidden Hearing, seen by Roopa in
St Albans for wax removal.
She was very thorough and made me very welcome
and carried out the procedure very efficiently.
A good experience thanks

Roopa provided a terrific service. Very reassuring, calming and knowledgeable. She helped answer all the questions I had and most importantly, cleaned the ears out!

Very friendly staff and removed wax gently and effectively

I have paid for my mother's hearing aids £5,799 but have had no receipt through the post etc.
mum is thrilled with her new hearing aids and the tester phoned me and involved me in the decision making.
Thank you

Absolutely amazing service. Free hearing test and advice to go to see an ENT consultant. The most amazing thing, was that I was only there to accompany my wife on her appointment. Wonderfully professional audiologist who took me through the whole process. Cannot recommend highly enough

Friendly professional staff, relaxed atmosphere, lots of time to discuss things.
Roopa on my return visit remembered quite a lot about me and took an interest. The process was painless and a real relief to get my hearing back in my left ear due to impacted wax. Thoroughly recommend the experience.

Visited twice for a wax removal. The first time I felt unwell and had to stop, but Roopa was very patient and kind and made me feel at ease. Second time everything was perfect and I'm very happy with the results. Thank you!
