Attention to detail and very informative. Company is extremely professional and would highly recommend.

Was told over the phone that they could probably help with my hearing. Came in for assessment and point blank told nothing can be done and shouldn't have been told this over phone. So a complete waste of my time

I visited Hidden Hearing to have wax removed from my left ear which had been giving me a problem for some considerable time. My examination and wax removal were carried out in a thoroughly professional manner with everything explained to me in detail. I have subsequently booked a further appointment for 12 months time and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Incredibly helpful polite and gave lots of insights, would definitely recommend them for wax removal. James was friendly and made me feel at ease throughout

The tests and explanations were of a high standard, but the cost of the hearing aids was far to much for my current financial situation.

I recently purchased my third pair of hearing aids from you which, I was told are the latest ones available.

I realise there can be teething problems but, I am still after two appointment’s finding they are not as clear as my last aid’s.
I have lost the ability to hear distant noise and also have to really concentrate when in conversation with people.
I don’t like to be a nuisance and have tried to give myself time to adjust to them but it’s not getting better.

Quick and efficient examination and adjustment to my hearing aids. Easy parking outside the surgery in Romsey. Future appointments to be determined for London Road, Southampton, although the Romsey centre is a new location, I believe.

I’ve had hearing aids since last year, not too impressed. Lost one in March, claimed on my insurance, replaced in May. The new one had a fault, the assistant couldn’t connect it to my phone, at the same time I asked if my other hearing aid could be altered slightly as it was still uncomfortable, but I paid for my new one there and then, haven’t heard a word now in 3 months, hidden hearing will not return my numerous calls to them, and the beach appears to be closed with a note on the door, what is going on?

Excellent Service from start to finish.
I purchased the Oticon Hearing Aids and although rather on the pricy side i can not fault them and all the back up and additional components are free so as they say in this world you get what you pay for.

I had put the wrong time for the appointment in my diary but was accommodated anyway. Very much appreciated. The Audiologist is always very thorough and helpful.
