Very polite and welcoming, personal greeting and service. Adrian made a thorough assessment and was very patient in clearly explaining how my new hearing aids worked, fitting them, linking them to the app and showing me how to use them. I would strongly recommend this service to others.

Visited Hidden Hearing in Shrewsbury today to collect my hearing aid following replacement of the battery. Usual friendly and excellent service from Adrian and his staff.

Went for my hearing test today, which was carried out by Sameer in the Shrewsbury branch.
Sameer was helpful, professional and patient, explaining every part of the hearing test, and taking the extra time to answer any questions I had, and to explain what my best options for moving forward.

I'm posting this on behalf of my mum ...A huge thank you to ade and Molly Shrewsbury branch ,mum has substantial hearing loss and ade has got hearing aids so she can hear ,nothing was too much trouble, totally honest and professional and it was wonderful to see her hearing different sounds ...I cannot thank them enough...mum is delighted as her hearing aids are comfortable to wear and most importantly she can hear ....they have been fantastic and we can't thank them enough.. excellent service

My 103 year-old mum has been a client for a number of years now and we have always had super friendly, efficient and considerate service from Walter, who visits mum in her care home, and Molly in the office, who does a great job of coordinating visits. Recently mum lost a hearing aid but the proactive response replaced it quickly under her insurance policy. We’re very glad we found Hidden Hearing - thank you!

i had a home visit friday 3 february a very nice lady called amy from shrewsbury branch i was suprised the kit she had and how professional she was .she said my hearing was on the borderline and i wastnt yet ready for a hearing aid , how refreshing not to have a hard sell

I have had hearing aids provided by Hidden Hearing for quite a number of years but last year decided that it was time to get newer, updated and improved rechargeable versions. I was seen by Amy, who advised me to have earwax treatment first and since that is something the GP practice no longer offers I had it done by Hidden Hearing. The appointment was soon arranged and was carried out quickly and efficiently. Fitting of the new aids was done at my home by Amy, who later came again to do some fine tuning once I had got used to them. Amy was friendly, courteous and efficient and took great pains to make sure that everything was satisfactory. I have also just had a follow up visit from Walt, who was similarly friendly, courteous and efficient and took time to make sure that everything was addressed to my satisfaction. Overall I would say that while Hidden Hearing are probably not the cheapest provider, their attitude, efficiency, quality of their equipment and customer support, not to mention the professionalism of their employees, makes the cost well worth while.

Let’s try at the beginning with 2022 & so long have I put off going to have my ears checked & decided to bite the bullet & visit the Shrewsbury shop.

A huge shout out to Amy who guided me through the process & tests to find I actually did need hearing aids and to put my vanity to one side & no word of a lie they have changed my life (and my partners as he was sick of shouting at me lol).

Throughout 2022 into 2023 Amy & the team have been nothing short of amazing & for that and her professionalism has been such a refreshing change.

She is humorous, characterful & sympathetic all rolled into one, just what you need in this daunting type of environment.

I don’t usually leave reviews as I prefer to tell people to their face if they are good or bad but this is well deserved & we hope Amy & her team are rewarded with the recognition they rightly deserve.

I went into Hidden Hearing to have my ears suctioned due to wax which was carried out very professionally by Gabriela. Afterwards they offered a free hearing check carried out by Adrian. I was impressed by the relaxed but professional service offered including by the receptionist, Molly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I was seen by a young lady called gabriella for my appointment. I found that she was very informative and took me through the whole process of my appointment down to the last detail. She also reffered me to a specialist along with a detailed write up and images taken of my inner ear. Thanks to her i found that i had something going on in the ear canal that my gp had not picked up on. Overall i felt that the appointment picked up on things that my gp hadnt and therefore found her time and skill to be a great help.

Very warm welcome on a very cold day. Waiting time was about 1 minute. Clean and well planned facilities. A true 'professional' touch. Thank you.
