Very happy with my experience with Hidden Hearing Salisbury, to hear sounds I’ve been missing for years is amazing. I would recommend anyone thinking of hearing aids to give these guys a try you won’t look back.

I had ear wax removal today at the Salisbury branch. I arrived early and was given a warm welcome from the receptionist along with a coffee and a biscuit. I was then greeted by a lovely lady( I’ve forgotten her name already) and had everything explained to me very clearly. Within 20 minutes I could hear clearly again! The premises were spotless and everything and everyone were so professional. Definitely the place to go if you need a hearing test or wax removal

From making the appointment it’s was so simple and quick. The procedure was very easy and painless. Very recommended.

I arrived at Hidden Hearing with some trepidation as I had only had ears syringed before and this procedure was new to me. But I was desperate as I was totally deaf in my right ear. I need not of worried. The treatment was completely painless and the atmosphere and friendliness of everyone made this a very happy experience! And I got a welcome cup of coffee!

The first time i used my hearing aids was when i went to Spain. The first time i put them i n was the first day of my holiday. I lost one , my right ear aid. I was devastated it ruined my holiday i waited so long to see my sister. I am 75yrs old. I rang hidden hearing from Spain a women answered the phone and said i would still have to pay , she said she would tell the man who came to my house and he would ring me when i got back home nobody has rang me to this date and i am still very upset.

Very professional service provided. Quickly got an appointment for ear wax removal. Roz Clarke was great, she explained the process clearly and provided a hearing test afterwards as well as some tips to stop ear wax build up. Would recommend this service.

I came in (with my mother for moral support) and saw he lovely James due to issues with my hearing.
I thought it was due to excessive ear wax, it turned out that yes there was some wax in my ears (which he effectively and painlessly removed) it was actually due to me having the flu and it causing me to have blocked ears from the mucus, he patiently explained the reasons why and what happens with my ears, showed me diagrams and told me ways to relieve the pressure. James also gave me a hearing test which he explained was not as good as it should be for a person my age but this was probably because of my temporary blocked ears and to come back when it had passed for a hearing test. Overall I had a fantastic experience and I learned so much about my ears that no one has ever taken the time to explain to me before, I will definitely be returning and recommending yourselves to others.

After a test at Boots which paid no attention that my right ear was bunged up with wax and wanted to sell me an aid the size of a large pea, 'one size fitts all'. Went to Hidden hearing in Salisbury to see what they could do for me. I then went to the NHS hospital for a test which gave me something free but useless. I returned back to Hidden Hearing in Salisbury. After the hearing test in the first visit and now the second, Mr Bernard Hunt explained everything in great detail about my hearing loss and what the computer was telling us. I was very inpressed overall and decided to buy one of their products. Firstly, I was instructed to how to get rid of the wax and given special olive oil to do so plus another visit a few days later to get the wax removed by one of their people presenting a 'clear picture' of what my hearing was really like I suspect. Boots and the NHS did nothing of this. I am very impressed with the thoroughness of the tests and overall experience so far and look forward to getting my hearing aids and recomend Hidden Hearing with Mr Bernard Hunt to anyone.

Took a lot of patience and made it easy or me to manage. So far doing really well look forward
to my next appiontment.
