I was made to feel very welcome and treated with respect. The appointment was carried out with great kindness and everything was explained in great detail. I would not hesitate to recommend Audika.

From the minute you walk in you are greeted by very friendly staff offered tea and coffee once in the appointment room everything is explained to you every step of the way. Ben was super friendly nothing is too much trouble and they are not pushy in trying to get you to purchase anything once your assessment is complete. I would highly reccomend this company

The usual high quantity personal care thought today's visit. Ben may have replaced Heather in the Armada Way Plymouth store but he took the time to introduce himself to myself and my wife. He shared his own personal story and hearing requirements, reassuring me as a hearing damaged customer that they understand. I have previously recommended Hidden Hearing and will continue to do so under the new Audika name.

Life-changing care when I needed it most Audika Plymouth are heroes!

I cannot praise the team at Audika Plymouth enough. After a workout, I suddenly lost almost all hearing in my right ear. After days of immense stress, very little sleep, and being passed between my GP and a local walk-in centre with zero urgency, I was left feeling incredibly anxious and entirely helpless.

Desperate for answers, I walked into Audika. From the moment I stepped inside, everything changed. The receptionist was an absolute breath of fresh air warm, smiling, and genuinely compassionate. She listened to my distress and immediately sprang into action, realising their specialist, Suzanne, was in the clinic.

Without a second thought, Suzanne stepped up to help me right away. Her professional, reassuring, and decisive manner immediately lowered my anxiety. She explained the entire process clearly, identified deeply compacted wax, and performed the removal with incredible skill.

Within minutes, my hearing completely returned. The wave of relief was indescribable after days of convincing myself I might never hear again. Audika didn’t just perform a standard service; they provided urgent, empathetic, human-centric healthcare when everyone else turned away.

Thank you to the wonderful receptionist and to Suzanne for your outstanding care and skill. You are an absolute credit to your profession!

Recently went to Plymouth branch for usual annual checkup. The audiologist Benjamin was very thorough in reviewing the results of the hearing assessment and tweeking my hearing aids. A useful discussion too on tinnitus. Professional and friendly staff.

Once again the team have saved my social life and sorted out an issue with my hearing aid with commendable speed.Normal service has been renewed.Hurrah!

Ben put me at my ease straightaway. Tested my ears with audiology test. Gentle and thorough. Ben is a true professional.

The hearing test I received was very thorough in identifying my hearing loss and Ben at the Plymouth branch conducted himself in a very professional manner.
At no point was I under any sales pressure.
I purchased a pair of oticon cic aids which were bespoke and fit like a glove.
The difference these have made have been amazing.
Both receptionists, Maria and Jane were also friendly and welcoming.
