I had a problem with my hearing aid not…
I had a problem with my hearing aid not working well.. so I called at Audika branch where they took an impression of the ear mould... The next week I received a telephone call stating that they want me to return to the store for a free hearing test and from there they could assist me further with my inquiry...Currently I am awaiting for the hearing aid mould to be made as it was 5 years since I had a hearing test carried out..

I found the staff very professional and helpful
I found the staff amazing and courteous. Very professional. My hearing test was very thorough and explained to me all through my visit. The place was nice and clean with a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very polite lady
Very polite lady. Checked my hearing. Adjusted my hearing aid. Offered me a new more modern aid and options of purchase. No pressure though.

Was pleased with getting my ears cleaned the lady was very reassuring as I was very nervous. And was very helpful in showing me how to adjust the volume and adding favourites. Also tried new hearing aids but unfortunately too expensive for me.

I was welcomed by the receptionist and offered tea/coffee.
The audiologist was thorough with checking my hearing aids.
They were working better, but she wa ted to send them away for more thorough check.

Excellent experience with the audiologist. The testing equipment was excellent, and the audiologist was highly professional, thorough, and reassuring throughout the appointment. Highly recommended!

A hearing aid stopped working
A hearing aid stopped working. Natalie at Audika in Northampton fixed it in minutes, then suggested a hearing test and adjusted the aids. She was friendly but professional and efficient. I recommend Audika to anyone seeking to buy Hearing Aida

Very pleased with the service
Very pleased with the service. The lady I saw was very nice, thorough and professional. I have been going to this company for a couple of years now and I really would recommend. They have helped me with my hearing and my hearing aids are very good. It's great that you can attend a yearly hearing test and to be able to discuss any changes etc.
