Audika - Maidstone Recensioni

I’ve had my ears hoovered many times and this has been the easiest and most informed experience to date. Every step of the way was explained clearly by Jessica the Ear Care Practitioner. No discomfort at any stage and a perfect end result.
Thank you

Very thorough and professional. Everything explained as the procedures took place.

I went in for a check up as I thought I was struggling with my hearing
Never having it done before I was very nervous not knowing what to expect but Justine was very knowledgeable and relatable she guided me through the whole process and put my mind at ease turns out there was nothing to worry about it didn’t hurt at all and put my mind at ease after having my ears cleaned and hearing tested. And told I’m totally normal and nothing to worry about.
Can’t recommend hidden hearing enough and Justine is brilliant

I joined Hidden Hearing over 8 years ago and it's been trouble free. I now have the aids that I need and have very much enjoyed the discussion of which direction to take. This is made to measure audiology for me. I tell Darren what I need and he produces it...and he does not try to sell me something that he know I do not want.
Please Darren, don't leave because I'm very fussy as to whom I do business with!

Fantastic service at hidden hearing Maidstone, Josephine was very knowledgeable and professional. The ear wax removal was a success and now I can hear again well. Top service!

Pauline and I visited Justine today at the Maidstone centre.
Justice has a very pleasant and caring disposition and was very thorough in her examination of our ears before we both had wax removal treatment. Every step was clearly explained. Thank you Justine.

I visited the Maidstone branch and was warmly welcomed. I barely sat down when I was greeted by Justine who was to carry out my ear wax removal and hearing test, she put me at ease straightaway and explained everything thoroughly, she also had a great sense of humour which was great. The procedure was quick and painless. I came away feeling much better. Highly recommend.

Darren took the time to explain the hearing test and the process. Put us at ease and was most informative and professional

This was my first time at Hidden Hearing. Staff were excellent, great explanation of what was going to happen and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. Jess explained everything about what she was going to do and showed me pictures of the wax buildup in my ears. Thank you Hidden Hearing for a friendly professional service.

Excellent advisor, Samantha Lidington. Service and advice 100%

We had a warm welcome.
As always. The place is very clean & comfortable.

An excellent audiologist who listened carefully and carried out a thorough examination and hearing test. He was friendly and knowledgeable and explained the options for renewing my hearing aids without me feeling pressured into anything.

My partner and I were really impressed by the comprehensive hearing test that he received and the level of professionalism, care and understanding provided by Darren at the Maidstone branch of Hidden Hearing. Thank you so much, this is definitely going to change our lives!

My husband has been a client here for 3 years. Always receives the best of service from Darren ( audiologist) and Lucy (reception). Recently we bought a tv adapter to work in conjunction with hubby’s hearing aids - wow! What a difference it makes. I can hear at the level I want ( I don’t have hearing loss) and hubby has sound streamed. Great recommendation from Darren. Ordered through him and received in post. Thank you!

Mum's Audiologist was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.
