Hi, a very professional team from the receptionist to Elaine, the Audiologist at the Lytham Branch of Hidden Hearing who looked after me very well from start to finish, really friendly and helpful.

A very professional review with Elaine Norris at Lytham yesterday. She was extremely helpful with advise on my overall hearing issues and how to manage them. The test was thorough and I could see clearly the results on screen with explanations. The hearing aid has changed my life and I am enjoying the benefits of being to hear clearly conversations and music. Thank you.

The whole experience with Hidden Hearing is always hassel free and really easy. I my mum carer, looked at several company's before chosing,and all did not compare to hidden hearing. They even provide a home service, check appointment closer to the home. Especially, seems as getting my elderly mother to an appointment can be tricky,due to mobility being 90. They are very accommodating, caring and don't sell you what you don't need. The whole service is outstanding at the branch in lytham, and it's worth the travel time based on the level of service my mum receives when at the shop. Couldn't recommend Glynis and Eleane enough. I attended Hidden Hearing in Lytham for my annual hearing test on the 6 June 2024.
In addition to the usual thorough hearing test by Elaine Norris, it was discovered that there was a major fault in my right hearing aid.
Elaine confirmed that the aid would have to be sent away for repair ( which would not take long ) and in the meantime and because I had full insurance, I could be offered loan of a different hearing aid so I would not be too inconvenienced whilst the repair was carried out.
The manufacturer returned my hearing aid on a couple of occasions but the repair was never carried out correctly.
I called into Hidden Hearing on a couple of occasions to find out what was causing such a lengthy delay and was brought up to speed on events by Glynis, the receptionist. I said the delay was not good enough despite several complaints on my behalf by both Elaine and Glynis.
On the 10 July, I was offered my new appointment for a fitting of my repaired aid.
On attendance, I was left speechless by the lengths that both Elaine and Glynis had gone to on my behalf because of these unacceptable delays. Not only had they made several complaints to the Engineers but had also demanded that they speak with the Area Manager. The conclusion of these complaints resulted in me receiving a brand new aid which was two grades higher than my old model, I received a new battery charger for the new aid and in addition my one year insurance premium was paid for by the manufacturer. Their efforts on my behalf resulted in nearly £4k in new costs being awarded to me for free !!!!
I cannot thank Elaine and Glynis enough. They are both exceptional at their jobs and offer such a special service to all their customers.

Audiologist Diane Cole was first class. I needed ear wax removing and Diane saw me within 24 hours. She used the modern suction method which was pain-free and immensely efficient. Diane explained every step of the procedure and was friendly throughout. She is registered with the HCPC and I was greatly impressed by her professionalism. It has made such a difference to my hearing. Thank you.

Excellent test from a very professional member of staff

I was let down by another Company and needed to make an appointment without too much delay as both my ears were blocked. Hidden Hearing saw me the same day. The receptionist was extremely friendly and I was seen straight away by a qualified Audiologist. The procedure was efficient and painless. Very straight forward process. A full explanation of what would happen during the ear wax removal was given. It was painless and I would not have any doubts about having it done again.

I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received from this company.

My hearing aid dispenser was Elaine Norris from the Lytham branch who was absolutely amazing.

Her attention to detail right from the very first time I had my ears tested to the eventual dispensing and fitting of my hearing aids was first class. My appointments were never rushed, and she always had plenty of time to talk to me and explain things and discuss any problems etc.

I would have no hesitation in recommending hidden hearing, and in particular Elaine Norris from the Lytham branch to anybody.

2 Women came to my house. One was obviously a saleswoman and the other, supposedly providing evidential backup, was a user of the product. The sales technique they employed was typical of a cheap double glazing salesperson.

They started with a quote of £14,000 for both ears. When I indicated that was beyond my reach they reduced it to £10,000, continuing to reduce it down till they reached £6,000. The product they sell may possibly be good, but their sales techniques are abysmal. How many people are conned into paying the original quoted price? This is a well known sales technique usually employed by fly by night kitchen and double glazing con men. Not something I would expect from a so called Health Executive.

Would not touch them with a barge pole!

Very informative, amenable gentleman!
However didn’t suggest trying cheaper options which would have been beneficial. However I was impressed with the product though a little pricey.
