Absolutely brilliant, my mum was treated so respectfully and involved in the entire appointment. She was totally relaxed and felt included in decisions about her. She said that it's a miracle now she can hear. She knows that it's expensive but its all about her quality of life. Thank you so so much

The appointment was extremely helpful and everything explained simply.
The hearing aids I tried on were very comfortable and could hear very clearly straight away.
The only thing I wasnt prepared for was the cost

Elaine Norris at Hidden Hearing in Lytham St Annes, explained how the ear was made up and how each test related to the parts of the ear. She took her time to explain the results of all the tests and also took the ti.e to shiw which aids would be best for me
I was given all the information including costs and any finance programs available to take away and digest. Elaine also explained there was no obligation at this time to go ahead and could discuss the options with my family

The whole process of booking and having the appointment was straightforward and easy. Elaine was extremely professional, clear and efficient.

A lovely warm welcome from Glynis and Georgina. Georgina made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail, the treatment was painless and quick and successful, the attention to detail was very encouraging and I would definitely visit Hidden Hearing again.

I had a lovely experience at Hidden Hearing! I saw Elaine for a hearing test and she was very in depth, professional and informative - I actually learnt a lot about my ears! She also emailed my GP with relevant documentation about my session for further care which I appreciated.

We also got greeted very professionally at the front desk and were offered hot chocolates and coffees! The building was very clean, tidy and modern.

Very glad I went here and I would recommend it to everyone! :)
