Audika - Lytham St. Annes Recensioni

Gave a very clear understanding of the process was proffessional and friendly . Can not praise this service enough

I had an appointment at Hidden Hearing in Lytham with Elaine T. Norris. From the moment I walked in, everything felt very professional. I learned a lot about the structure of the ear, which helped me understand the test results much better afterwards. They tested how well I could hear different frequencies, and they also used a small camera to check the condition of my eardrum and the amount of earwax. I highly recommend having a hearing test, as it’s something everyone should do and at Hidden Hearing it’s completely free.

Every member of staff was very welcoming,I was welcomed with a nice hot cup of coffee by Glynnis the receptionist on what was a very cold day and then welcomed by Elaine the audiologist for my hearing test which I must say was very thorough and performed in a very profesional way, from the girl who did wax removal right through to the hearing test was a very plesant and enjoyable experience. Thank you team Lytham St Annes.

Clear and easy to understand information given. Checks and refits done to a high standard.

Elaine & the receptionist at the Lytham branch were fabulous!
Very professional & friendly service, would definitely recommend.
Elaine explains everything very thoroughly.
Excellent service.

Elaine and Glynis are always friendly and helpful.

I’ve always had great service and I am very well looked after 💕

I suffer with severe tinnitus sustained during my time in the RAF working on aircraft and after having a conversation with Tom Maryan about the difficulties hearing in a busy and loud environments, I decided to get a set of hearing aids. Since I began using them, hearing and having a conversation has been remarkably easy, they allow me to hear clearly what the people in front of and around me are actually saying. I no longer feel isolated and am able to join in with the conversations which I was unable to do previously.
I honestly cannot believe the difference it has made to me, and would urge anyone who suffers with tinnitus to seriously consider speaking to the staff at Hidden Hearing.

A professional experience from start to finish.

Had a brilliant first appointment with Elaine Norris
Elaine listened carefully to my ongoing ear problems. She then explained all the different tests I would be having. Elaine was very personable, professional, caring and thorough.
I would highly recommend, outstanding customer service.

Absolutely brilliant, my mum was treated so respectfully and involved in the entire appointment. She was totally relaxed and felt included in decisions about her. She said that it's a miracle now she can hear. She knows that it's expensive but its all about her quality of life. Thank you so so much

Prompt and efficient service
Friendly and competent staff.
An all round pleasant experience

The appointment was extremely helpful and everything explained simply.
The hearing aids I tried on were very comfortable and could hear very clearly straight away.
The only thing I wasnt prepared for was the cost

Elaine Norris at Hidden Hearing in Lytham St Annes, explained how the ear was made up and how each test related to the parts of the ear. She took her time to explain the results of all the tests and also took the ti.e to shiw which aids would be best for me
I was given all the information including costs and any finance programs available to take away and digest. Elaine also explained there was no obligation at this time to go ahead and could discuss the options with my family

The whole process of booking and having the appointment was straightforward and easy. Elaine was extremely professional, clear and efficient.
Would highly recommend.

A lovely warm welcome from Glynis and Georgina. Georgina made me feel at ease and explained everything in detail, the treatment was painless and quick and successful, the attention to detail was very encouraging and I would definitely visit Hidden Hearing again.

Very proficient & professional service at Lytham centre. Elaine carried out a very comprehensive hearing test and have no hesitation in recommending their services

I have nothing but praise for Hidden Hearing at Lytham and Elaine, the audiologist. I had a very thorough hearing test and the results were carefully explained to me. I was then given recommendations based on my results, with no sales pressure. My new hearing aids were fitted with a comprehensive explanation of their capabilities and maintenance required.
The whole experience was professional, friendly and efficient.

A first class experience whenever I visit for my annual appointments. The staff are always pleasant, friendly, and professional.. All aspects of the hearing tests and subsequent results are discussed very clearly to be understood.
