Amazing service and experience
This is my first time I accompanied my uncle to get my blocked ear checked. I was not only amazed at the experience Dee has but the way she dealt with us. Has patience of a saint and made the whole experience so comfortable. Dee talked us through everything she was doing and prepared us for what was coming.
I walked away being able to hear again and Dee even managed to fit me in her very busy schedule for a follow-up check-up after giving me a week to implement further instructions Dee gave. Very clear and helpful.
I am very grateful to Dee and also to Carol who managed to fit me in.
Thank you and I would 100% recommend the Wigmore Audika branch to anyone in need of hearing assistance without reservation.

The staff members on reception at the Wigmore Street branch of Audika were all polite, pleasant and helpful.
I was very impressed by the expertise and professionalism shown by Dee, the audiologist who made me feel at ease throughout my treatment for ear wax removal and a hearing examination.
She also clearly explained the procedures throughout my appointment which was very reassuring.
I would highly recommend Audika to anyone experiencing hearing problems.

So many things about Wigmore St rate five stars. Have to single out Vinnie, the wonderful audiologist , and Carol the really helpful receptionist.
I like the fact that they always helped me through my numerous problems, usually caused by me.
I have ben a customer for many years and not related to either of them!

Big shout out to the great team at the Wigmore Street branch. Super friendly and helpful. Dee was tremendous cleaning out my ears. Professional, caring and fun. And Vinni the audiologist was excellent. Both explained clearly every step of the procedure and were so helpful. I highly recommend them
