I was really impressed with how thorough the whole process was. Clear instructions and context were given throughout and all my questions answered with great detail. Completely professional and I have no hesitation in both using them again and recommending to others.

On my third set of hearing aids now with Hidden Hearing, since 2012 when I purchased my first pair. The service has been excellent, I took Fareeha the Audiologists advice and upgraded to their latest top of the range aids, they are 100% better than my previous pair. The sound is now crystal clear. Hidden Hearing are the experts and I would not go anywhere else. First class service, I am a loyal customer of 13 years.

Gave a good and well explained hearing test and examination. Gave detailed information on how the hearing aids work and how to use the hearing aids to get the best benefits from them. The staff were polite and professional.

I had a very thorough hearing test, the result of which was that I had lost some of my hearing but it only affected me in noisy situations. They then let me try a hearing aid and I was pleased to see that there was no hard sell. We agreed that I did not need an aid at the moment and I have arranged an appointment for a review in a year's time.

Excellent service and quality of hearing aids. Myself and husband purchased intent 1 hearing aids from Fareeha in hidden hearing Leicester store. We were out in a busy setting and found we could hear much clearer than with our previous hearing aids from elsewhere. The quality has been really something different to what we have experienced previously.

Guininder Kaur was very efficient and professional. Tests were explained and questions answered. An appointment for one years time made with assurance that should any problems arise in the meantime I should contact Hidden Hearing office. Overall a very successful meeting.

I visited Hidden Hearing in Leicester for wax removal and hearing test, they were absolutely brilliant, very friendly and welcoming, after the test, which did show certain parts of my hearing were not up standard, they said that I did not require a hearing aid even though I tried one and thought it was great, I shall return next year.

I purchased aids in 2022 and its been great, the test in Leicester store has been very thorough. The audiologist Fareeha was brilliant. My hearing aids sound very clear.

I'm very happy with the ear wax removal. Emma was kind, patient and understanding as I have sensitive ears and I don't like anyone touching them. I would really recommend using this service if you need it.
