As always an excellent service and the coffee machine is back.

After struggling with my hearing for about 5 years I booked an appointment after seeing and advert online. I’d had negative experiences with hearing tests in the past so was nervous about what it would be like. Very pleased to say that the hearing test was very thorough, good customer service skills and since purchasing my hearing aids the difference to my hearing and how this has improved my quality of life has been quite remarkable.

Emily was really good, good knowledge, made me feel at ease and looked after me well.

Went to see Zahail about my hearing aids I needed them altering which he did easily and showed me how to easily do myself. As ever he was very helpful and cheerful. Would highly recommend hidden hearing. Hidden hearing follow up

Had my free hearing test today. Really enjoyed it and it showed what is possible after many years of bad tinnitus. Allison was super friendly and the audiologist, Niteen was top notch and explained everything clearly. I learned a lot about my hearing. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I found this place whilst looking online for somewhere I could go to get the wax removed that had built up in both my ears, as the doctors have stopped giving this service.
I had bought a gadget online that linked up wirelessly to my phone, that showed the contents of my ears, using a small tool with LED lights, and had been shocked at the amount of wax in my ears.. hence the urgent need to get it removed sooner rather than later.
I called the place, and was offered an appmnt for the end of the same week. They advised me to get some ‘earol’ olive oil spray, and to use that twice a day in order to soften the wax, ahead of my appmnt.
Fast forward to my appmnt, and from the minute I walked through the door, I was made to feel welcome. The lady on reception offered me a hot drink and biscuits whilst I waited, as I was early.
When I went into the room, there was a girl there learning the ropes, along with Chloe, who was the person who performed the ‘microsuction’.
Chloe explained everything that was going to happen to me thoroughly, and asked if I had any questions. She made me feel at ease, as I was a bit anxious.. and was very understanding.
The first ear was the trickiest, as there was a large, quite solid, lump of wax, which she softened by spraying a bit more earol olive oil into my ear canal, and eventually managed to get it all out. (She was able to show me on her phone what was in my ear). It was painless, but there was a bit of tenderness, as it may have been slightly stuck to the ear canal. The second ear was done without any issue.
She then did a hearing test, and that was all fine, so I was one happy customer!
I would highly recommend this place to anyone with the same issue. The people there are very warm, thorough, and understanding. I would definitely go back if I had any issues in the future.

Customer service was incredible from start to finish from the speed of the booking to the support and aftercare advice. Would highly recommend and will use again if needed.

I turned up without an appointment and spoke to Alison on reception and was able to seen straight away. Alison very friendly and helpful with me before sending me through to see Amina. Amina was great, put me at ease throughout the hearing test and my options after. Very knowledgeable. First class service. Highly recommended.
