Annette was very helpful and patient.
My current hearing aids are over 9 years old and still work perfectly.
She didn’t try to get me to buy new hearing aids,
Just gave me a free hearing test which was what I was there for.

Aiudika are a very professional team making sure you understand how hearing aids work. They are very friendly and happy making you feel at ease throughout your treatment. Excellent work.

Mandy was excellent in syringing my husbands ears in Hull. Very professional and kind, would highly recommend.

Well the hearing test was very good and I was shown on screen the inside of my ear canal and it was explained to me what was going on with my hearing a lot better than my present hearing aids and I purchased them right away I would certainly recommend hidden hearing

Don't use Hidden Hearing their expensive Oticon hearing aids stopped working after two weeks!

I saw Mandy today as I had a build up of wax in my ears. She was lovely, immediately put me at ease explained everything that would happen and made sure I was comfortable.

I will need another appointment sadly as she couldn't remove all of the wax from my right ear despite her persistence for which I am hugely grateful.

I have no doubt we will manage next time to remove it all and would also like to thank Gracie for the coffee and her assistance.

From the beginning I was welcomed by Mandy Taylor in the Hull Centre. She thoroughly explained how the procedure would progress and removed a great deal of wax from each ear. I was so amazed how well I could hear, and was so happy. Thank you Mandy, truly a professional and pain free experience.
