Jessie Roberts my ear care practitioner was friendly and very professional explained everything to me .explained everything she was doing and had my welfare front and centre. Excellent!

Without doubt, Audika are the worst company I have ever dealt with. All I required was to drop off my hearing aids for repair. The shop had written on the door, open Mon-Fri 9am-1m and 2pm-5pm. I returned 3 times during the afternoon but nobody was in and the shop closed. I returned later in the week but still closed. I rang what was Amplifon in Maidenhead but they were very busy and due to the volume of calls I was advised to call back later, I rang at night and got the same message. Is there anybody there? Customer service were no better. The best they could offer was seeing the audiologist at the shop in six weeks at the end of August. My best bet was a home visit in early August. I explained I didn't want to see an audiologist, I've already bought very expensive hearing aids and just wanted them sent off for repair. NO I have to see an audiologist. WHY? That apparently is the rule. Nobody will tell me why. Could I make a suggestion. If you are so busy (I don't believe it), then employ more people. It's called good business. At the present I would not reommend you if you were the last company on earth. Is Audika better than Amplifon? My experience is definitely no.

I arrived early and luckily was seen strait away (a good start )The session wasn't onerous ,the tester was polite and very efficient .

Very welcoming. Easy to follow explanations as to how the tests were to be conducted and their results. Efficient hearing aid management.

I attended with my mum last week. Bronwyn on reception was very welcoming and Joe the audiologist was excellent. He was caring and patient and performed a thorough assessment of my mums hearing loss with explanations throughout

The person taking me through tests and his advice and guidance was thorough, clearly presented options in very pleasant surroundings.

I would happily recommend Hidden Hearing.

I've had my 'ears'about 4 years now
They werent cheap (4 K)
Every year go for a hearing test
I have my ears cheacked (my ears) no improvement, but I dont expect them to improve
Maybe it was my time in the army with loud weapons (we werent given ear defenders back then)
Maybe it was my time at LHR, I dont know
Maybe its just my age my hearing is going
Anyway, this time it was a better hearing test, spent over an hour this time (a nice French lady) the most comprehensive testing ever
In and out of the booth, with various tests, with and without my ears
Yes, my hearing had gone down a bit, so she boosted my aids on various levels
But I was told I dont wear them enough (have to wear them at least 6 hours a day)
That is a hard call, but I guess I wil have to try

Al the staff at High Wycombe seem to know their job, always polite and helpful, so I dont mind going there

Very professional and honest assessment at annual checkup

Even though I was late for appointment due to traffic, I was greeted in a friendly way and offered, coffee. I had been having problems fitting new pro wax and caps every few weeks and it was explained that I could have something fitted to the aids which remove the need for doing this. I agreed this would be less of a worry and had impressions taken.

Joe who did my hearing test was very nice and friendly and made me feel at ease.He explained everything to me in detail .

Brilliant service from Hidden Hearing High Wycombe. The staff there were polite, professional and incredibly supportive. Despite having to come back a second time due to one of my ears being very stubborn, they were always positive and reassuring that my case could be resolved. Absolutely amazing service, staff are very welcoming and friendly, staff are understandable and it makes it easier to communicate confidently as it took me a while booking a date convenient for me after a few cancellations. Follow up appointment already set up for review of hearing aid settings and to ensure the device is working at it’s best for my needs.

No annual service due to 'some' ear wax. It is a pity your colleagues could not deal with this on the spot. There seem to be kits available even for amateurs
